Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course is consized and comprehensive according to the need of basic and in depth knowledge. There are courses included like enterpreneurship ,ethics and human values, economics etc. these are must for this course to deal with real world applications. The frequency and difficulty of exam is bearable in my perspective.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fee is 8870? only. Everything is included in this fee like tuition fees, registration fees, lab fees etc . Every category have to pay the same fee. ICAR provides NTS to students and there are criterias for it .

Campus Life

5

The cultural festivals are celebrated glamorously like diwali in November, durga puja in October, ram navami, krishna janmastmi, id-ul-fitar, Christmas in December etc. There is a quite large library on the top floor of academic building with vast range of books related to the subjects. There are different clubs present with the name of "sparsh". The clubs are scientific, cultural, sports, editorial, literary.

Admission

I preferred this college on the top over others during the choice filling and luckily I got it. I chose it because it's a central university, with pro level of infrastructure development, and also the fee structure is quite affordable over others and also because of its location. Students got admitted thorough ICAR exam now it is conducted by CUET , there is less competition as compared to NEET or JEE .

Faculty

5

The faculties are well behaved and we can avail them 9am to 5pm on every working day. Dr. Saurav Singh of vegetable science and Dr. Priyanka Sharma of floriculture department are the best. They are very helpful and their teaching is also very good. Exams occur about 4 times in a semester. In my batch students are not failing now.

Night Life

5

There are open gym in girls hostel and indoor gym in boys hostel. Girls hostel gate open at 6am in the morning and closes at 7:30 pm in the evening. There is big area around the hostel covered in boundaries and it's quite safe to roam around. There are guards infront of the gate always so it's safe out there.

Placement Experience:

When the students come in the last semester which is the 8th semester then only they are eligible for campus placement. There are a number of companies that provide placements. I don't know about the package since I had not faced any interviews till now for the placements and about 40 to 50% of the students get placement. After completing my course if I get any good University for Masters then I will go for that and if not I will prefer to do a job.
