SRGC Muzaffarnagar Admissions

Admissions in SRGC Muzaffarnagar is offered on the basis of 2 parameters:

Entrance based: Entrance based admissions for various courses on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance exam and counseling procedure carried out. For example UPTAC for B.Tech. and CAT for MBA.
Merit-based or direct admission: These admissions are offered in the case of vacant seats which is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. The applicant must pass the qualifying degree with 50% aggregate for direct admission.

How to apply?

Students must go to the Online Registration Cell for CCS university courses if not already registered.
After filling the registration form, the help desk should send the students to the Admission Controller for the recommendation and permission to issue the prospectus.
After the recommendation, the admission controller should instruct the student to contact the college office for the issue of the Prospectus.
The College Office will issue prospectus, ID card slip, rules & regulations, and undertaking form to the student.
When a student comes after declaring University merit for admission, the Front desk manager will guide the candidate to the verification desk in the verification room.
The verification authority will be checking all the necessary documents in Original and other information as required in the admission form.
After the recommendation for admission, verifying authority will guide the candidate to the admission coordinator for the permission of admission.
The admission coordinator will recommend and then send the candidate to the principal for final signature.
After the permission of the principal the candidate shall submit the fees along with the admission form and related documents on the fees counter itself.

The Best College in Muzaffarnagar

Likes

The atmosphere of engineering department was so good.
All the faculties are supportive and helping nature.
They are strict toward the studies and also maintain your academic progress reports to keep focus on each student.

Dislikes

There were only one or two cultural activities in a year.
In the placement, i think the college need to improve as they are sharing marketing job requirements to B.tech graduates.
Not have same fee structure for all student in a particular course.

Yearly fees structure of the college

Actual fees of the B.Tech with ECE was Rs.70000 at my time. I got 50% discount by giving a quiz test conducted by college itself. So, my tuition fees is Rs. 35000 per year for all four years. Apart from that, we need to pay Rs. 7865 annualy as university fees of AKTU and Rs. 800 per year for registration and i pay Rs.2300 as an university enrollment fee in the first year. Totally, I pay around Rs. 1,76,950 for whole 4 years to the college. And the highest fee of a student in our class is Rs.45000 per year.

Students and faculty ratio and exams pattern

There is ratio of 1:25 of faculty and students in engineering department. Although, the faculties are very supportive. There will be 2 sessionals exam in every semester and they are pretty tuff which helps to know what type of question can be asked in university exams. Around 2 to 5 % of students fail to clear the exam as the education system is really good in our department.

College fest and various activities

Basically, there were 2 annual functions in our college. And one of the name is like simply the annual function and 2nd one is COLORS 20_ _ as per the year. And the library that we have in the college is very big and there are lot of collection of books. There are really helpful and the facilities in the classrooms are like we have the projectors in the classroom. However, like we sometimes use them. But it was good and there are also some sports events that is going to be organised by the college in every 2 to 3 months.

Course Curriculum and Real-Life Projects for B.Tech CSE

I have my interest in ECE, so i choose that. Also, th The curriculum that they follow was very good and like intensive that will help us to get good marks in universities exam and also like I want to tell you that there also help us to provide some real life projects in which like i made a project named ATM Security System in which we like to use the nodes MCU, ESP8266 and transformer and many more. Overall, the college education was good and the curriculum that they provide was pretty good.

Admission process of the college

Let me tell you like. I also applied for Graphic Era university in Dehradun. But due to some financial reason I am unable to get admission in that. So I choose that Shri Ram group of college, Muzaffarnagar because like it was also near to my Hometown and so that I can daily up down from home to college and from the college to home. The admission process in my college was very simple. Like we can simply reach out to any facility to get admission in our college and we can discuss with him like I want to get an role in Xi's at course and so that he will get you all the details and tell you the procedure. And also tell you like if there are any discount. And/or any like Quiz or something like that. That can help you to get some discount in your tuition fee. And overall, like the college was good. The faculties are supportive and you can easily get that admission in that college.

The college does have all facilities for example - Auditorium, Library, multiple computer labs

I took admission in this college because it generally does not require an entrance examination. Therefore taking admission is comparitavely easier. I took admissiom in this college over the others because it is the best college that is nearest to my home and the other colleges did not provide my desired course.

In my college, my admission is direct admission. No entrance exam needed in my case in shri ram group college because SRGC muzaffarnagar is a private college not a government college. So ya this is the admission process in my college.

Admissions in SRGC Muzaffarnagar is offered on the basis of 2 parameters:

Entrance based: Entrance based admissions for various courses on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance exam and counseling procedure carried out. For example UPTAC for B.Tech. and CAT for MBA.
Merit-based or direct admission: These admissions are offered in the case of vacant seats which is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. The applicant must pass the qualifying degree with 50% aggregate for direct admission.

Students must go to the Online Registration Cell for CCS university courses if not already registered.
After filling the registration form, the help desk should send the students to the Admission Controller for the recommendation and permission to issue the prospectus.
After the recommendation, the admission controller should instruct the student to contact the college office for the issue of the Prospectus.
The College Office will issue prospectus, ID card slip, rules & regulations, and undertaking form to the student.
When a student comes after declaring University merit for admission, the Front desk manager will guide the candidate to the verification desk in the verification room

Yes, there is B.Sc. Agriculture course offered for duration of four years. It is full time and on campus program offered in Shri Ram Group of Colleges. The eligibility of the course is to complete HSC with Biology or Maths or Agriculture Science and secured at least 50% marks.
