Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), is a State University located in Sabour Bhagalpur, Bihar. It was established in the year 2010 under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Bihar Agricultural University Courses & Admission
Bihar Agricultural University offers an undergraduate course in two disciplines with a duration of 4 years or 8 semesters, namely B.Sc. in Agriculture and Horticulture while at postgraduate level, it provides 2 years or 4 semesters carrying M.Sc. Agriculture course. The university also provides a Ph.D. program with a duration of 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates for admission to both B.Sc. Program of the university shall be selected through BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) conducted each year by the Govt. of Bihar for 85% of the seat. For the rest 15% seats, selection would be made by All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR. The candidate should have done 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Agriculture/ Math from a recognized board.
- Admission for M.Sc. Agriculture is done on the basis of an entrance test conducted by the university itself for 85% of the total seats. Rest 15% of seats are fulfilled via the ICAR qualified candidates. The same course is only for the Bihar domiciled students.
- For Ph.D. Program admission, M.Sc. (Agriculture) is needed as the last qualification with OGPA 7.0. Admission to the research course is done on the university-based entrance test on 75% of the total seats while 25% of seats are filled on the national level ICAR exam.

Here admission process takes place through ICAR and bcece. I preferred this college over others because of its faculty members and education policy. Here the faculty members are truly inspiring and educated. We have many teachers all over the India .. South India , West Bengal etc .. I was admitted here by my own acceptance. And got admission in the first round. I haven't posted any other colleges but the chances of rejection appear here

I qualified the entrance exam and get offers for admission The eligibility is you just passed I.Sc and age is 17 years There is a reservation benefit also 60% seat is researved for Bihar Student last 40% seat occupied by ICAR Exam You get admission form on Bcece website and application fee for this entrance exam is 600 rs You also got admission through ICAR exam Admission process is very easy The entrance exam application form between March to May and exam held on between June to July The college administration is extremely excellent And professor are also good and helping nature Library is also good digital library is also available Sports and cultural festival is also held every year But the one problem is placement There is no placement in this college

The admission process is an entrance exam for bcece conducted exam. Eligibility is required is 12th qualifying for PCMBA. Application filled form from the official website of bcece and application fee is 700 and application date is April to June. General - 50%, OBC - 18% SC and ST- 10%, and other -22%

The addmission goes through bcece etrance exam ,if you got under the cut off marks then 10 &12 all document deposit in the collage and 10035 is required at a time of addmission , hostel fee is free but mess is charged and in every semester 2985 rupee is charged in addmission, college environment is higenic , well infrastructure no direct placement from collage campus teacher are well qualified from leading collage such as iit ,bhu , delhi university.... There was no such a pollution ,teacher behavior are so politely to student.

The course curriculum is designed in a way that it is not hectic for the students and all the knowledge is delivered to the students in the entire four year course. The total subjects taught in a semester are 4-5 with 2 practical classes.

BAUs Bihar Agricultural College is recognised as the best agriculture college. The college is also one of the oldest colleges. It is well connected with Road and Rail. The college focuses on increasing agricultural production and development of food production systems.

The B.Sc in Agriculture Chemistry is a 4 years full-time program offered on campus. The admissions are done on the basis of your performance in the entrance exam conducted by BAU. The total fee for the courses is INR 30850 for 4 years.
