Here is it's a government college the fee structure is very low. It's a 4-year professional degree program in which only about a maximum of 40k for 4 years is required. Hostel charges are free .. and you have to only pay for the food u eat and that is also available at a very affordable price i.e about 3400 per month

This college is governed by government so fee is very 6000 only for one year The student get stipend also about 12000 per year The student get stipend only if they passed the semester exam at 5 CGPA The college also provides 2000for book and stationery every semester

As it is medical field then you don't have to think about loan as it is so affordable but if you wants loan for study any bank will provide you loan upto 4 lakh without any granter 2000 monthly scholarship is also a good substitute for personal expenses.
