There are many companies visiting our university for offering internship opportunities. The number of the companies approaching RLBCAU are increasing at a rapid rate with each passing year .Companies like Dhanuka agritech, Parmarth, HDFC bank, srijan, Taragram, Bajaj capital, Rise jhansi incubation centre, Happy pot, abrosaa visited this year offering internships in marketing, sales, processing, digital marketing, content writing, agricultural extension, etc. The average stipend offered by these companies is ?15000-?20000. Basically students are expected to help in the TOT (Transfer of Technology)of agricultural input from agri-tech companies to farmers by helping them understand it's benefits and usefulness. Students act as extension agents making the farmers understand the importance of a particular technology. For interns involved in processing firms, they undertake supervisor and manager role for smooth conduction of all activities. Students also organize workshops .
