- 12th Grade/Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computers (40% for reserved category candidates).

The filled in application form along with all the required documents & Application Fee of INR 1250/- in the form of cash or by a Demand Draft drawn in favor of "CMR University" payable at Bangalore should be sent to The Registrar, CMR University, City Campus, HRBR Layout, Kalyananagar, Bangalore - 560043 or may be submitted in person to Admissions Office of CMR University, on or before 30th January,2O17.

- Campus infrastructure such as labs and classrooms are very well maintained
- The faculty are very friendly and willing to help the students out in whichever way possible
- The campus placements for the final year students are very good with an average package of 10 lakhs and highest being 44 lakhs
Admission:
I did not apply to any other colleges because this college was closest to my house so the commutation would be easier and also previously my sister had graduated from this college, this made me choose this college over others. The exams accepted for college admissions are KCET(10k), COMEDK(20k),JEE mains and also through management.
Likes
- The infrastructure of CMRIT Is very beautiful
- Including very well equipped labs spacious classrooms decent library and large food court
Dislikes
- Aristotle and sometimes prescribed as unfair disciplinary system
Admission:
I choose CMR Institute of technology for its industry aligned curriculum strongly called modern infrastructure and experienced faculty the set based admission process was smooth and like other colleges with higher cut offs or fewer seats in my desired programme other institutes lacked updated programmes or practical exposure making cmrit the ideal sauce for my career aspiration
Likes
- The atmosphere, canteen , auditorium etc
- The friends, watchman uncles, canteen workers and the owner
- And some of the faculties, specially the c programming faculty
Dislikes
- 2nd year class rooms,and that hod,and all the lab attendant
- Less entertainment, the timings of the college
- The campus is but smaller,and some expensive items in canteen
Admission:
Just bcz the nearby location and had good bus facilities and some known friends and mainly 100 percent placement and to enjoy it was going good until my first year came to end and the hell happened to me

- The social life in campus is very good,.
- The infrastructure are also good with all the facilities
- The courses are also relevant and related to our acca.
Dislikes
- The things I don't like is the campus is small
- And the facilities some are not soo knowledge.
Admission:
I first applied for st.joesh for the 1st but failed in the campus interview so I opted for the cmr university for the accounting and finance and specialised it for acca. The admission process are all easy .
Likes
- The infrastructure of college it's really cool
- Fest of these college is good if u have good friends u can enjoy a alot
- Teachers are good some of them help u so.much
Dislikes
- The hostel I don't like they don't give us that comfort according to fees we pay

I got admission here through kcet so I didn't have that much choice But the placement here are good Average package is also good You can get admission here through management,kcet ,comdek exam My admission experience was ok ok , the problem was just fees which was too much

- Here you get exposure to many national level competitions like SIH, eYRC, Manthan etc
- Since it is present in bengaluru urban region, so you get exposure to many companies for internship
- There are many lab availabilities for different departments
Dislikes
- There's minimum of 75% attendance criteria
- Assignments will be given after every exam, which has to be written in assignment book
- Campus size is very small hence reducing your exposure
Admission:
I got seats in various colleges like Kalinga, VIT chennai but i decided to go for this college because of the exposure that this college provides. It's situated in bengaluru thus you can easily apply for offline internships.
Likes
- excellent and well qualified Faculty with good speaking skills and friendly
- good infrastructure and good maintainance of the college , with good auditorium and good ground with many games facility
- nice and well maintained Labs and Av halls which is used for meetings
Dislikes
- the place outside near the college is almost always filled with traffic
- the campus size is comparitively small, it may be due to the college location which is one of the it sector
- Canteen is small as compared to other colleges ,
Admission:
Firstly i finalized by seeing the cuttoff by, then i decided to see the nirf ranking and with the college having NACC A++ certifican and researched about the college online and the average placements were good so i deceided to join the college, i would say the online reveiws were correct and college did a great job , i joined the college even if it was way far from my home
Likes
- The placements is very good.. the faculty are very experienced
- Event's happen time to time , students get many opportunities to participate in co curricular activities
- Apart from the main course we have many additional courses like personality developer, Carrier essentials etc
Dislikes
- The CMR HRBR city campus is small , no canteen
- There's no basket ball court to play or sit around
- There's no ground to play sports, no indoor games too
Admission:
The the tution fees is affordable and less compared to other colleges, and the teaching is really good and mainly they teach the subjects that are relevant and important, and train us to perform good in interview etc

- The thing I liked in my college is the way the introduce new additional career essential course .
- Those career essential course are not just for attendance purpose they are added to main core subjects.
Dislikes
- The thing I disliked was in name of inter displinary course they this which are totally out the context of our main cores.
Admission:
My 1st preference was only cmru because it had the course which I wanted to take up . And the overall review take from the students were good and the fees structure comparing to other colleges which offer this aaca course cmru was more affordable.
Likes
- The teachers are very helpful and kind. They are extremely understanding.
- The attendance policy is not strict for most of the departments
- The workload is not too hectic and can be easily managed
Dislikes
- The canteen is not too big and not a lot of options are present
- There is no proper gymnasium and badminton court
- The campus is not too big bit it’s small yet cozy
Admission:
I had applied to this college only. I got rejected from PESU, RVCE as my rank wasn't enough for the branch I wanted. I was looking for technical branches only. You can get in through KCET, COMEDK or management. For CSE, the rank should be around 8,000-9,000 for general category students in KCET. And for the same branch through COMEDK, it should be around 7,000 The overall admission process was extremely fast and smooth
