IIT Jodhpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I have always wanted to pursue my engineering from an IIT. IIT Jodhpur fit into my idea given my rank of 14771 in JEE advanced. I had taken coaching for the same since 9th standard. There was no other driving factor than this.

First of all, it is an IIT, a premium institute of our country. And out of all other IITs I chose this because I was interested in Computer Science and Engineering and for my rank (2684), this was the best possible IIT I could get.

Being a prestigious institute i. e an IIT and also bioengineering as a different field, large campus area, good placements, researches, is located near to indore when compared to other IITs. Hostel rooms are allocated to a single individual with an ac as an extra facility

The college is well recognised because it is IIT. This was close to my home and I can go and come whenever I wanted to, so I choose this course. I also had interest in electrical part in physics and I was getting electrical here.

I wanted to pursue engineering in top 4 branches (CSE,ECE,EE,Mech) and after checking that I could get EE in IIT Jodhpur and IIT Goa, I opted for IIT Jodhpur since it is well established and much older than IIT Goa. The college had excellent facilities and decent placement stats so I chose this

Being a science stream student it's always one's dream to study in IITs as they say its elite institute of India. And IIT Jodhpur is no more an exception to this elite group, don't get disguised by NIRF rankings its just because they give institute extremely low marks in perception. IITs are IIT for a reason and they will maintain the standards and at any costs and above that the peer you get is unmatchable.

IIT was my goal which drove me to choose this institution, and IIT JODHPUR has a good name and rank in rest IITs, things i liked in choosing this institution is the huge Placements and internships. because m interested in biotech related stuffs.

First of all its an IIT it was the main reason for joing this college. The facilities provided here are good as compared to other colleges in which I was eligible to get admission. The hostels are very good too. The curriculum is also new and the courses offered are great.

When I went for the JOSSA coumcellimg, in the first round I was alloted IIT ISM chemical engineering in the first round, I got IIT Jodhpur electrical in the last round, and I liked Jodhpur as a city so I finally went to Jodhpur
