SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement in my department is much less compared to other departments. They provide SRM hospital for their placement and no other campus interview. I have planned to do my pg after I finished . They provide 2.5 laksh for placement.

The curriculum is designed to not only educate you theoretically but also practically. We use the best textbooks and articles in the field for particular subjects. The teaching methods are interactive and at a good pace. We move forward only when everyone has understood what was taught. We get assignments and regular tests to assess us continuously and regularly our feedback is taken to ensure that we are satisfied with our classes

From 6-7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, HCL, IBM, TCS and many more come for recruitment. More details regarding no. of offers along with packages offered can be seen on the website itself. As of now in 2024, 5,546+ offers were made with an avaerage salary of 7.19 LPA. The highest package is 52 LPA in 2024 while in 2023 it was 57 LPA. Most of the students opt for higher studies, some sit for placements, and few become freelancers. My plans after the degree is to get a job as of now.

The course curriculum is so good and unstoppable with the same unstoppable faculty provided by the management SRM...we students are so lucky to have that kind of course curriculum in the srm collage...

As BBA i love business administration so i selected this course and this collage. And actually i am learing a lot by this The management and accounting side its easy and i love that.. They teach good and the exam timing its for 100 marks 3 hrs

As there are many courses available in SRM you can choose whatever you want but I opted btech core so that I can get exposure in every field our course is pretty good it has great application in real world The teachers are also very good the only improvement i think can be done is including more courses like gfx

From 7th sem or 4th year students become eligible for campus placements There are many companies that visit in my university like TCL, Amazon, Google, Infosys, IBM, and many more, and they offer very good amount of packages to the top students.

My normal' classes start from 8 am to 12:30 or 12:30 to 5 pm and labs hours are from 1:30 to 3:30pm or 9:45 am to 11:30 am. Exams timings are from 10 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 5 pm .Exams are easy if you have studied CTS and previous year papers.

In srm placements are pretty ggod that if we study we can easily get our dream companies the maximum people got the the pacakage of 3 to 4 lpa . if you want to write gate you can study well for gate examination and you can get your dream government jobs or you can get into prestigiou IIT OR NIT it depends on your decision

Placements in college are good enough top package was 52Lakhs. Most of the Multi national companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, visit SRMIST every year these are the super dream companies. It is very worth
