vast diversity in people and culture , as student from different parts of the world are together
The amount of new possibilities present, the amount of opportunity provided and the freedom to follow our passion and grow in it
The freedom to conduct fests and respecting every individuals tradition without denying the celebration for them

Dislikes

The cost for the fees ,which seems to be very high as the input of students are eventually increasing
The location as it is situated in the exterior part of chennai the place becomes yerribly boring
No proper care can be taken to a particular student as the strength of the students are very high

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is one of the most growing field of the upcoming times the course can be taught even more in a elaborate way goving time for the students to grasp the context in a much hetter way.lack of time is also hinding the potential of the student.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total amount i am paying for my college is 3.5 lakhs per year , there are no lab fees mine is m.tech (integrated) Cse with datascience which is 5 year course and for b.tech the fees is around 4 lakhs per year . the scholarship varies according to the marks secured in the entrance exam conducted by the management.

Campus Life

The campys life is soo good as i mentioned earlier there is a vast possibility and opportunities available for us there is freedom to choose our destiny and the path we wish to travel there is a biggest support system and councelling cell for students who under go pressure due to acads

Admission

I also tried other colleges where the fees structure were even more high and the reach of that college were not upto the mark i believe that we students are selected based on which college we have studied than the skills set we pursue..keeping that in mind my college is well known for its placements that is the main reason for choosing this over other

Faculty

The faculty are very friendly and guid through all the requirements of the students, they are very skilled in the field they teach.they are cooperative and they always cheer us up to carry on our passion

Night Life

The college is the most beautiful and safe at nights there are many spots near by...and inside the college campus the place called java in our college is a fiod hub where everything is avilable at a affordable price.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG. Entrance is their for SRM University and one has to clear that to get admission here.
