One of the major cons of LPU is that it can get crowded at times.
LPU has a strict attendance policy of 75%, which can be challenging for students who face genuine reasons for not attending classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculties are very experienced and they impart theoretical as well as practical knowledge. LPU is accredited by ICAR. LPU faculty are Ph.D., diploma, and degree holders. At last exams at LPU are not too tough nor too easy, just be thorough with your class lectures and emphasize making self-notes.

Likes

The environment is very good, the students studying here are from different parts of the country and even they have foreign students which is a plus point for understanding different cultures and learning new languages.
The placements are very good in LPU, recently only a student of CSE bagged a package of 42 LPA.

Dislikes

Water facilities not available in my collage
Collage time everyday changes in my college
Electric facilities and networks in my collage

best collage to study in terms of all the perspective

infrastructure was well developed , club and gardens temping students to be more social with their friends
faculty was very qualified that it enhance our grasping power ability
the method of teaching was easy to understand

the fee structure can be a headache for some student

What is your review of Lovely Professional University?

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:

Placements: More than 550+ MNCs and startups visit the LPU campus for placement. In recent news, Yasir M., student of LPU, grabbed an offer of INR 3 crore in Germany. The highest CTC offered for the engineering programs at LPU is INR 42 LPA.
Scholarships: People might think LPU is pricey since it is a private colleges, but LPU provides scholarships to bright students with good academic records, good track record in sports, or extracurricular activities. LPU also helps students in the education loan facility.
Research: In terms of research, Stanford University has ranked almost 13 LPU faculty members amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world.
Faculty: The faculty members are from top institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities globally.

Can I get an honest review on LPU University placements in engineering?

I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-

The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.

Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.

This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.

Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:

LPU's campus can accommodate its many students, with classes divided into manageable sizes for effective teaching.
