The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Wonderful Experience

Likes

The College Environment, Faculty and Students.
Study or Academic curriculum was very good.
Other curricular activities helps student for 360 degree development

Dislikes

The Distance from main city of Chandigarh.
The communication means from the residence.
The pollution and littering outside the campus.

Bachelor of Computer Applications Course in Chandigarh University was very good designed. It has the latest technical course syllabus not just theory but also in practical labs. Where student can developed best IT skills.

Normal insights over chandigarh university

Likes

First of all the campus life is really good They are giving us the campus life we want its a very good thing
The Fest and cocerts of Chandigarh universit are very good Every month there is something going on in the university if you are looking for cultural activites its really good.
And the cafe's and and shops are really good in chandigrah university you can find every type of shop in the campus

Dislikes

Facuility can be way better , I think they can Do better in student services but yeah the facuility and staff is'nt very co-orporative
I heard the fee is getting higher and higher evry year so mine fee is 56000 per sem but fresher fee is something like in near 80000
I mean the study they are offering is okish their teacher's can be better than that They should higher good teachers Some of them are good but bad no. is kinda higher

To know whats in the Chandigarh University

Likes

I liked the Infrastructures the compunds
I liked the Chlling Space for a sportsman or non Sportsman who loves to play.
The Hostel and the Sanitary rooms are very hygienic

Dislikes

The staff behaviour some of them are very rude but not all of them
We should wait in a queue for a long time to meet the authorities
The placement cannot be done with the intership certificate

I have seen many modern world Technologies in the Chandigarh University, like Open AI, Machine learning, and all, which influence me to take admission in the Chandigarh University. I think the part where they need to improve is that we need to know more about the AI and stuff rather the doing knowing outdated programming language.

Good faculty nice campus

Good teacher who are expert in our subject
Good infrastructure well maintained class rooms
Even the city is very good as you ever know chandigarh is well maintained city

Dislikes

In university some students are not good
Some time I think 💭 there is too much burden in college
Course fee is high for middle class students it' is not affordable

Come and feel the difference

Likes

The infrastructure of chandigarh university is very good and deligent I just loved it
Management is also very good and supportive in all aspects you won't face any problems it is sure
Fee is also very good and easily payable and one most important thing you can pay it in installments which is also a good point

Dislikes

Number of students in batches is high sometimes you feel so bored and all around noise
Teachers didn't pay that much attention to students because they don't get that much time
Traffic jams while going to college and many more

It was my personal intrest to choose BCA as my career and I feel chandigarh university is best option to do it . Here the teachers are quite well that I can achieve my dream. Exams are also held on proper time and quite decently

Collage review on chandigarh university

Likes

The opportunity to meet diverse people from different backgrounds and form meaningful friendship 1. Academic exploration 2. Skill development 3. Personal growth.
Contribution in student academic performance, psychology well being and sense of community 1. Career path 2. Multicultural awareness.
Classroom design are good laboratory facilities are clean and well managed.

Dislikes

Poor quality of living accommodation. Work loads are a little bit too much.
The lecture style by some teachers were not that good .
Tution fees and collage fees are a little bit high for some students.

Placement Experience:

Placements of chandigarh university are very good the average income of a chandigarh university pass out student is around 9 to 10 lacks per annum so according to salary it's a good for beginners. Oye collage has collaborated with cambridge too so the education it provides is much higher and good for students . 80% to 90% students get placement from chandigarh university and many are happy from that. My plans after getting these degree which is BCA are to grow my business which I will be working on throughout the years in collage .

CU College Review : A great place to study, live and grow

Likes

The teachers and their Teaching methods are great
Big Campus Area and good faculty with proper facilities
It feels safe , their is no voilence or any kind of harm

Dislikes

Food of cafeteria is not that good but okay
Problem with parking area, it is small compare to no. of students
Syllabus should improve a little , other then that its okay

Placement Experience:

In final year students have strong placement opportunities with company like Zomato, wipro, del, paytm,etc.. The placement cutoff is 80%. The internship are available from 3rd semester onwards based on your skills and opportunity.

My review of chandigarh university

Likes

The social life here is actually good, and you get to meet people from different states and countries.
The girl to boy ratio is great with almost 40:60 and it's improving.
The investements made on the infrastructure is actually great.

Dislikes

Most of the teachers are new to the teaching field and they have less experience
The marking scheme during the exams is quite complicated and they want you to write in your exam as much as possible.
The BCA and MCA students study in the E block which is totally a different campus and a 10 minute highway gap along with a toll plaza between the north campus and the main university.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is performing well compared to other universities in Chandigarh. Various companies like tcs Microsoft and sometimes google come to provide packages to the students. The placements start during the last semester i.e. 6th and students have the option to opt for the placement services, therefore joining the placement camps where they can get a good job. The highest package ever given to a bachelor was around 15-20 lac per annum. My plans after BCA is to go for MCA as it'll give me a better package.

Chandigarh University, the pros and cons

Likes

The things i liked about the college are the regular events they organize in order not just make it all about pressured studying but also to get some load off of the students
The campus is quite huge so theres a lot of space for you to hang out
Theres a very diverse crowd and u can find ppl from everywhere in the world

Dislikes

They dont approve of the personal holidays, like medical holidays and event related holidays, even if they do it takes so long to get processed which sometimes is a burden on attendance and exams
The different campuses and how not all the campuses are built together or if they had to be seperate, then at least they should've maintained each campus well
The uploading of online marks related to the experiments that once uploaded, cant be adjusted

Placement Experience:

The placement eligibility semesters vary depending on the course and the total semesters there are in the course so if theres a four year course that is 8 semesters in total so the placement eligibility semester will be the 5th and 6th semesters and if theres a 3 year course that is 6 semesters, then the eligibility for the campus placement would be the 4-5 semesters. The campus is visited by all thr big companies like google, tata, realise, Qualcomm, Microsoft and so on and offer good placements The percentage of students getting a placement varies every year but in general every year is lile 90% placements which is quite okay is u ask me My plans after getting degree are to get a decent placement and work for an year or two then complete my masters

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
