Faculty:

Faculty to student ratio isn't really great Which really affects the individual focus over a single student. The approachability of faculty varies tbh , like it really depends on the teacher... There are good and bad both , some overly unapproachable while others are friendly. I don't really interact much with faculties outside of class but if I've to say Swati mam who teaches us Cybersecurity lab was really understanding about my physical condition and helped me a lot with projects , assignments and was always open for doubts. On the other hand , Miss Bhawna goyal who teaches us Cybersecurity theory was never the type to take doubts , she rather mocked the person at times and acted rude in front of entire class ( Rare case but true ). As for exams , there's are three exams MST 1 , 2 and EST Finals... All of them are moderate in difficulty. I can't say exact numbers of failures but it's less than 5-10% of total strength. It's overall an easy exam to clear. And yes , the course curriculum is very much relevant and focused to placement trends.

Faculty to student ratio is really good and academics are good in my collage but it lacks to teach industry required skills and syllabus is kind of repeatitive there the some things we are studying from 1st sem to my current 5th sem My maths teacher in 1st year was very qualified and highly educated he guided me for further years. All the teacher I got were good some were strict and some were liniant. There are 3 exams per semester 2 mid sem and 1 end sem and there are 2 exams from practical subjects 1 mid sem practical and 1 end sem practical and they are directly based on syllabus.

So as of faculty there are some facilities that are like this if you attend thier lecture you don't need to study at home just a revision is enough and they are friendly also I don't know as it first year that's why it's so or not but some teacher will make you hate that how silly a teacher can be as per my experience

1. If a faculty is absent for a day or week , there will be a substitute teacher of the same subjects. So, no class cancel. 2. Till my third sem the teacher which I really liked were Dr. Zahid hussain wani, Dr Manoj Kumar, Dr Kamyani Shrivastva , Dr. Aleem Ali. They really taught me the real knowledge that helped me. 3. There is like no teacher that I didn't l4.ike but sometimes there action might feels a bit odd but later everything will be good. 4. There are two mid sem and a end sem and for internals we have many thing 4 assessments, surprise test, assigment and many industry related things. The exam are easy to moderate not that much tough , easy to score. The student how have not studied that much will pass easily if he write something relevant to the topic. There is relative marking. The course curriculum is good but seems too fast paced.

Faculties are less there in the university. Each faculty will be teaching different subjects in different sections . Faculties are really good you just need to be discipline with them else you will screw up your attendance. I had a professor name mrs ritu in third year she's the best professor I have seen in my life . Exams are 2 monthly tests and one semester end . I never studied for them but just used to get 70 80 % marks in them

You will get a 35 to 1 student faculty ratio faculty student relationship is relatable it depends on the teacher if the some teachers are good and some teachers are straight at it doesn't mean state but they are different characters basically the teachers I have got are very nice to meet and someone teacher among them is also good but she doesn't teach properly she just a talk some rabies things about college and the things that shouldn't have discussed in the college Basically we have 2MST and 1 EST and the marks in 1 MST is 20 for theory and EST has 60 marks are there is no file criteria in MST but there is a fail criteria in EST if a student got a 40 which is highest then the pass marks would be the half of it that is 20 marks

Obviously there are faculties upto phd. and doctrate level available for mentorships and they are young. For each groups of 30-40 students, 1 teacher is available. My maths and logical thinking teachers are favourite to me as they teach very well. Whereas all teachers are teaching good. So I have no problem with any faculties. There are 2 MSTs exams and 1 final EST exam for each semester.. Papers are in moderate level. But a lot of students find challenges in scoring well due to their backlogs. Generally, 10 % students are able to maintain the respect of the class in all exams. ????????????.

Student Snaps:

Faculty:

The faculty's here in Chandigarh University are really great in teaching as well as understanding student behaviour and needs. If a student faces a problem related to any subject or problem related to hostel or in campus activity they really listen to the student and help them in solving the problem as soon as possible. The faculty I like the most is Ayushi ma'am. She is a really great teacher as well as a great mentor. She listens to the student, tries to solve every problem, and is cooperative and intelligent as well. She talks in a humble way making the student anxiety free and calm. The best faculties are Ayushi ma'am and Navjot Trivedi sir. Some faculties are biased as well. They do favourism for a particular student of it is related to academics or co curricular or extra curricular activities. They never ask another to step forward other than their favourite ones. The faculty's I don't like are akrishti ma'am, utkarshita ma'am, abizar sir. During a whole 1 semester the total number of theoretical exams to be conducted are 3, 2 of them are mid semester test also called as MSTs and then the finals. Other than these practical MSTs are also held between the mid of the semester and at the end final practical examination are taken. In MST unit wise syllabus is need to be studied while in finals you have to study the whole syllabus. The number of students that fail to clear exams are really less in my class. The paper pattern is divided according to the student as it becomes easy to score marks like 2 marks questions then 5 marks and at last 10 marks.
