- The staff behaviour some of them are very rude but not all of them
- We should wait in a queue for a long time to meet the authorities
- The placement cannot be done with the intership certificate
Course Curriculum Overview
I have seen many modern world Technologies in the Chandigarh University, like Open AI, Machine learning, and all, which influence me to take admission in the Chandigarh University. I think the part where they need to improve is that we need to know more about the AI and stuff rather the doing knowing outdated programming language.
Internships Opportunities
There were multiple companies that offered internships, like Infosys, Multiple MNCs, Paytm, etc. I have done multiple projects like Cloning of Spotify, where I developed a working music system, and it was approved by the Honourable Head of the Computer Department.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structures are generally divided into 2 halves every 6 months, and get 1 semester's fees submitted. For the Category, we have to submit a letter to the departments to request a relaxation in the fees. For Scholarships, there was an exam, such as CUCET, to get a scholarship as on the ranking.
Campus Life
Every 3 months, we have multiple events where multiple celebrities like Bollywood, cricketers, and various Ministers join. There are a bunch of musical fests that are held in 3-4 months. Each students have their own dashboard in a Campus Portal where they can access everything, including their Study Material, etc.
Admission
The simple process of admission is to go to the website and download the Brochure, where there is a detailed how the admission process goes, and you will get in Touch with the Management team. If you need a scholarship, you need to take the CUCET exam for scholarships.
Faculty
I am in the Bachelor's in Computer Application Batch. So there are Laravel Classes I really like the most. I used to get information about Machine Learning, how the co-operate world works in Real life, and focusing on Modern tech. I facility I didn't like the most is C++, where we used to know outdated Programming to learn and know about it.
Night Life
The food in the cafeteria is quite good, the library is quite big, and you will get everything you need in the library. The hostel timings are quite comfortable, the Warden was quite friendly, and the timings are quite good. The locality was safe enough to wander around, there were many places to visit, like Sukhana Lake, the Terraced garden, and many more.
