Likes
- Very nice campus life and a lot of activities to do.
- Very good sports facilities of every sport.
- Very student friendly environment and all book facilities available.
Dislikes
- The weather here in Bhubneswar is very hot and humidity is very high.
- There is irregularity in the dates of examination.
- The campus is very big so you have to walk a lot in order to take places.
Placement Experience:
After the 5th semester, the students become eligible for sitting in the campus placements. Many companies visit our branch mainly High Radius, Accenture and few more companies. The average package as fas I know is around 3,00,000/- per annum and the nighest one was 8,00,000/- . As far as I got to know from the seniors, around 60% of the students are placed by the time of graduation.
My plan after getting a degree is to work in the corporate world for around 1-2 years whiile planning some source of income from some side business and the do MBA and then completely get into a business field.

- Course is affordable for any class of students who wanted to study as well as work simultaneously.
- Course is less time consuming and easy to pursue
- Course is flexible as well it pursue through online mode which benefits for the students
Dislikes
- Less interaction with the students during pursuing the course
- No face to face class which some time very annoying for a student
- No scope for concept clearance because it is totally online mode
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is done through online mode which is beneficial for me because I can simultaneously pursuing other courses like cost and management accountant as well as company secretary. There are two time examination slot each year. Examination is easy for if a student have concept clarity. One of the area is needed to improve is in the section of broad questions which are some time too difficult to understand and also write their answers.

- Faculty is very friendly and the way they handle the students is phenomenal
- Huge campus . The total area of the campus is about 250 acres
- We got a huge 24x7 6 floors library . Where we can find any type of books
Dislikes
- The timings of the college used to be 9-1 and now they have changed it to 9-5.
- No proper sitting space in cafeteria. We have to move out of the cafeteria after purchasing food as it was very crowded
- The crowd is too much you will always find the campus very busy
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Various number of companies come in kiit for placements for example TCS,High radius, Deloitte ,EY,fintech, finocontrol, Tech Mahindra and many more . The highest salary offered was 9 lakhs per annum and the average package was 3 lakh . The percentage of students getting placements were around 80 percent. I got placed in EY with a salary of rupees 5 lakh per annum.

Dislikes
- Hostel Wardens behaviour was never good with us.
- Fresher's hygiene in hostel specially. People didn't have basic education of using toilet
- Fresher's used to miss behave with cooks of hostel while they wanted to serve with smile

Course structure was always make us taught new aspects of life. It totally contains beneficial use for the betterment of our future
As our faculties always make sure to no one is left behind to clear their concept for the studies

- Overcrowded Facilities: Long lines or crowded spaces in dining halls, libraries, or recreational facilities.Poor Maintenance: Issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, or equipment that doesn't work properly.
- Bureaucratic Processes: Complicated or slow administrative procedures for things like registration or financial aid.Lack of Diversity and Inclusion: Feelings of exclusion or insufficient support for diverse groups on campus.
- High cost of living. You need to spend a lot in just your day to day life . Also food facilities was not too good. You need to struggle a lot for fooding
Placement Experience:
From the last two semesters the companies will start coming to your campus for the campus drive.
There were big companies that came to college like EY and Axis Bank and many more.
The demand for the minimum percentage or cgpa is usually 60% or 6 cgpa required
There shouldn't be any back students
The process of recruitment was also explained in detail so as to run the process smoothly

- Faculty members are free and friendly in nature wise. The teachings of each faculty feels worth it. The syllabus and courses feels light weight when they teach those in very ease.
- The library of our department is totally peaceful to spend time with books.
- Total classrooms and infrastructure are excellent.
Dislikes
- Saturday extra classes. However very less students used to come.
- So many students gets addmission which sometimes feels like fish market though.
- The quantity of students are more but the competition among students are literally very low.
Placement Experience:
There is an option for on-capmus placement, students with great experience and skills can easily get placed or else students those with no on-capmus placement can apply for off-campus placements with the essential degree being achieved by.

- 1.Environment is good. Campus is very green and lushy. Wifi connectivity over whole campus.
- 2.Proffesors are good. All are highly qualified and teaching knowlege is good.
Dislikes
- 1.Lack of competitiveness. The crowd here is not as competitive as other IITs.
- 2.Wifi strength is not as good as expected. Can be done better.
- 3.The teacher to student ratio is bit high, that can be a issue
Placement Experience:
Placements is good in the college. Students are eligible from 5th sem for placements.
Companies that visited were
KPMG, EY, DELLOITE, PWC, HIGHRADIUS and Hitachi and more.
The average package ranges about 8-9 LPA.
Highest package was 13LPA. Overall a decent placement if you have the right knowledge and skills.

- Good faculty, classrooms are perfect, centralized AC, Smart boards and more.
- Very Good campus, big and full of grennery. Fully Wifi enabled campus.
Dislikes
- Wifi strength is little poor. Also the block of Commerce department is little small
Placement Experience:
Placement is plenty in the college. You just need to have the knowledge and the skills. Students are eligible for placements after 5th sem.
Companies like Highradius, EY, Delloite, KPMG, PWC visited and almost 50 students are placed in these companies. The average ctc lies between 7-9 LPA.
85-90% students get placed. I am planning for going for placements after my graduation.

Subjects are taught in a detail so that it can prepared us for real word curriculum
There is nothing I would suggest they are giving the best they can

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
