KIIT B.Com {Hons.} : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The course fee of B.Com Hons. is 58,000 per semester with a total of 6 semesters in the course. The registration fees or the seat booking fees for KIIT University is 75,000/- for which you get a good laptop with all the latest technologies and high specs and also you would get books for the course of 6 semester unter the registration fees. So as this B.Com course is of 4 years which has 8 semesters so in total the fees for the B.Com course is 4,80,000/- . To get into the university you have to pass the KIITEE entrance exam which is completely free of cost. After you clear that exam you have to pay the seat booking fees that is 75,000/- as mentioned above. There is no reservation quota for SC,ST but in KIIT University there is a branch named as KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Services which help poor and needy students in their studies as well as provide them with employment opportunities. Apart from this, the students who joined the college for the B.Com degree in 2024 had their fees amount changed and it has now increased to 90,000/- per semester which for 4 years and 8 semesters costs up to 7,20,000/- which in my opinion is a bit high for this course.

There are one time fees at the time of admission in the course . There are facilities for the students who wanted to give fees installment and through EMI facilities during each year which is divided accordingly .

The year wise fees for BCom in kiit for the batch 2021-2024 was about 60000 i.e. 30000 per semester. And the course joining fees was 75000. That makes a total amount of rupees 255000. A examination fee of rupees 1000 was also charged in every semester. The amenities provided for joining kiit was that you are provided with a laptop and free bus services if you are a localite. After 2022 batch the price for the course was started increasing and now for the year 2024 the total course fees in about 950000.

Back in 2020 we have done our admission in Commerce department where our yearly wise fees was 60,000. And for examination fees they have charged around 2,000 before final semester examination. Back at that time the course fees was every much affordable as well as it was easier for the students to take admission. Infact the amount which we have paid for examination fees is also quite affordable.

The fees was quite high, We have given 75000 per semester and in graduation we have 6 semester. Without filling the examination fees one is not eligible to sit in exam. Also the fees could be paid online itself. Usually one doesn't need to visit the fees counter until important. Yes there are scholarship opportunities for the students who are brilliant in their academics throughout the year Also there is no as such pressure to completely pay your fees or your outstanding.

Truely KIIT is deemed to be university, so the overall fees structure is high which could be more affordable for middle to higher class people. KIIT University also provides free education to ST students which is more appreciated by whole country. Placements according to bcom course is not as more as students getting placed by btech mba students.

The fee is somewhat economical viable. It costed us around 60k every year + the one time fee that is 75000. Fee has been increased to almost 2.5x to 96000 per sem. Scholarship is available only to the toppers of KIITEE exam. Other fellowships aren't available here.

Fees have been economical enough but it has been increased by 2x in the recent past. The complete cost is approx 2.5 lakhs in our situation. It has been increases to around 6 lakhs includjng the admission fee. Scholarship is available through the KIITEE EXAM. Top rank holders are awarded scholarship.
