Course Curriculum Overview:
from my childhood i was very keen to pursue CSE and build my carrier in this. i know many programming languages.in the areas of school of electronics engg. some measures to be taken in that specific dept.at the end i love my course

- The faculty is well fit for their designated subjects.
- The environment is very good. Not only towards jobs, they also support entrepreneurship. They take care of growth in all domains.
- The labs are very well equipped, cleaned and maintained.
Dislikes
- The campus is bit away from the main campus, which keeps us quite cut off from the events taking place.
- The campus is near a dumping yard, due to which bad smell comes sometime.
- Compared to other campus of kiit, This campus is very poorly decorated.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from 9th semester. The average package was 3.5 lpa and highest was 11 lpa. Top recruiters usually are nesCafe, HCL, IPCA, nestle, in DNA etc. Almost 75 to 80% students were placed. Many got selected in GATE exam. Many got government exams
my plan is preparing for GATE exam. Some started their own startups as well.

- The hostel life is good with good rooms and clean washrooms.
- The campus life here is very good, no sign of ragging can be seen, campus is full of greenery with gardens .
- Overall the infrastructure here is awesome in another words.
Dislikes
- The mess food can be more better than what it is now.
- Some wardens are very aggressive, they will try to frame you of something you haven't done.But this is an an exception most of them are very cooperative and good natured.
- The drainage system is not that good as there will be water on road at time of raining.
Placement Experience:
As a 2nd year student I don't know much about the placements but with an average of 8.5 cgpa and with decent coding skills a student can grab a decent salary job from on campus placements, it solely depends on the person itself. Still KIIT offers very good placements for the freshers.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is very up-to-date it's really what we'll be using in future and every subject has their own book. Even though some subjects are hard you can grasp all the concepts from the book given by the college itself

- the faculty is very nice and experienced. They are mostly helpful and help in domains suchas research and other co curriculars
- the infrastructure is state of the art and very good to experience. buildings and laboratories are equipped with the latest technology.
- There is huge scope for sports in the university, the teams are funded by the college and play in major leagues. KIIT also has huge infrastructure for all sports.
Dislikes
- The hostels are very strict and hand out huge fines for very minimal misdemeanor. The in-time of the hostels is also very less.
- The placements are not up to the mark and the average package is very low. The training and placement cell is not highly active.
- They have an open campus so there are no good shops inside the campus and everything has to be bought from outside the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is moderate in difficulty and you can keep up with the course if you study consistently. The Information Technology course is software oriented and trains us for the industry. The exams are sometimes not evenly spaced and sometimes the pressure is a bit high but it is not very hard.
The course can be more well planned otherwise it is up to the mark.

- Cost of living here is high. Hostels here are charging alot for offering basic amenities.

- The campus infrastructure is extremely developed. Regular efforts are made to maintain greenery and scenic beauty.
- Senior - junior relationships in KIIT are not at all toxic and seniors are very much cooperative.
- Most faculty in KIIT are IIT, IIM graduates and they take personal care of students.
Dislikes
- The in-time of girl's hostel is significantly less compared to guy's hostel.
- The mess food is very oily and bland. Breakfast served is fine but dinner is mostly inedible.
- In some cases, local professors prefer local students and tend to slightly overmark them.
Placement Experience:
KIIT has an average placement of 7 lpa with 63 lpa as the highest placement. Students become eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester when they have to complete their first project. Internships also start from 3rd year or 4th year (mostly 4th). Students who do not bag a placement on campus can obviously apply off campus where referrals work wonders. A lot of renowned companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, and High Radius. Google has banned KIIT from their placement visit list. TCS makes the maximum number of offers, mostly of 10 lakhs pa. Almost 60-70% of students get placed, and the rest choose to do higher studies.

- Faculty members in KIIT are extremely invested in the student's overall well being and take care to mentor them individually.
- The senior junior relationship in KIIT is very healthy and the seniors are extremely helpful.
- The infrastructure is extremely well built and advanced.
Dislikes
- The in-time of girl's vs hostel is considerably less than boy's hostel.
- The campus size is extremely huge and it is very hectic to travel from one campus to another for classes.
- There are no stationary stores available in campus, all convenience stores are located outside campus despite the campus size being so huge.
Placement Experience:
The placement condition of KIIT is average. Mostly students from ECSE and CSE get maximum placement. Median placement is 10 lakhs p.a. with highest placement of 63lakhs bagged by a CSE student.
All students become eligible for placement from the start of 7th semester.
Maximum offers are given by High Radius and TCS with average of 6-7Lakhs p.a.
The overall batch size in KIIT is extremely huge (6000 students in CSE alone) so mostly students bag 10-12LPA packages. However, due to the batch size a lot of students are asked to not appear for 2nd or 3rd round of interview since a lot of students remain unplaced.
Around 75% students were placed in the batch of 2024.

- The main thing i disliked about the college is the curriculum that is kind of out dated
- Another point i disliked about the university is you have to walklong distance from your hostels to class
- Although there is bus service in the campus but its kind of disoriented.
Placement Experience:
From the 5th semester students are eligible for placements and the placement is pretty good as many companies hire freshers from the university and yes for placemets you need to have good skill set as well.The average packagecis 3.5 lakhs and the highest till date is 60 lakhs ctc.many comanies like delloite ,accenture,pando ai ,hrc,bane and company ,microsoft ,tcs etc visit for the recruitment process.ther is a 100 percent place ment rate .

the placements are average not very good, some students secure very high packages but those are mostly off campus, only 60% of the students get placed and even most of those are very low packages which are not up to the mark

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
