KIIT - About my college

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure for Aerospace Engineering is 1.75 lakhs per semester. Hostel fees 48,000 per semester and mess fee of 25,000 per semester. So total of about 2.28 lakhs per semester that means YEARLY an amount of 4.5 lakhs per year. Computer science has a course fee of 2 lakhs and others same. There is a thing called examination fee which is examination registration fee of RS 1000 taken before end sem exam. Morever there is a scholarship if u can crack the entrance exam of KIIT under rank 1000.

Scolarships are given to students who either score 9.5 or above cgpa Or have rank below 1000 in the entrance exam. In 3rd and 4th year, on campus placements are available along with variety of internships.

Scholarship is based on merit of Entrance exam of the university. Tution fees :- 175000 *8 sem Hostel fees Ac :- 50000*8 sem Mess fees :- 23000 *8 sem I have take part in ASME society of SAE club in school of mechanical engineering. Fees is constant for the all semester. Hike happens once a year and that hike which will be for new students.

LIFE IN KIIT AS SEEN THROUGH MY EYEBALLS.

Booking final Semester exam has a 1000 INR fees. Which should be free.

KIIT falls in expensive college in terms of its fees. During my days of college, 2017-2021, I paid around four hundred thousand INR each year. So that falls around one million six hundred thousand INR. KIIT has its own incubator wherein you can seek investment support from venture capitalists. Also, in KIIT many companies offer PPO based paid internships. I myself was an intern in Amazon in 2021 where I was paid 60k INR per month as stipend. so opportunities are there to grab.

the tuition fees are prepared in such a manner that a student can manage it by himself or by taking an education loan. and the price increase is in every 2 years seeing the scenario of the university intake. the complete cost of education is around 14 lakhs excluding hostel charges. the scholarships are provided to students whole secured a good rank in kiitee exams and to backward class students. there are many scholarships you can avail. it is provide in the website.

Aerospace engineering at kiit

Aerospace engineering is a very high-cost degree to study but kiit provide it to us at a reasonable price. Moreover, it allows us to sit in various scholarship exams to less our fees. It also gives leases to financially weak students.
