My yearly fees is around 60 thousand rupees around 2.4lakh for 4 years ,and I don't get any scholarship because I don't come under EWS or any category. I am your general student, that's why I have to manage all my expenses by myself. This is university fees, for accommodation I pay again 12000 rupees as a rent and for food and other I pay around 8000 rupees.

Tution Fees - A main academic fee,usually increasing by 5-10% every year.
Admission Fees - One time charge for admission.
Registration Fees - One time course registration fees.
Development Fees - Additional fees for infrastructure and facilities development.
Caution Deposit - it usually refers to the refundable deposit, which is payable at the time of admission.
Lab Fees - Fees paid for practical labssuch as for engineering or science courses.
Examination Fees - fee for every semester.
Hostel Fees - Depending on the accomdation category and sometimes including mess facility charges.
Other Fees - This include sports,alumini, internet,health insurance and among others.

The three year full time pattern is followed by the BBA in media and communication. The fee for each year is 3-3.5 lakhs. registration fee and exam fee is all comes under 25000 - 30000. The fee structure is not changed from last three - four years.

The fee structure of MA in Urban Policy and Governance under the School of Habitat Studies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai was 72,000 of 2 years. The course was a multidisciplinary course with a specific focus on urban. It included in depth research and field work. The course was based on practical learning and for that reason, students had to go to different places. The course fee of 72,000 was for general category and ews students but for OBC students, it was 36,000 only and for SC, ST and PWD category students, it was free. There were many scholarships available from the side of Government apart from that scholarships from TATA TRUST, Infyosys, etc were also available. The college assures that no children leave behind due to financial restrains.
The course has broaden its scope by starting a dual degree in Global Urban Development with Sciences Po University of France. The number of students has also increased.

- Futuristic Technology and amenities. WWI allows students to participate and learn more about new technologies. High tech cameras and equipments are available for students and the course teaches the technicalities of the equipment as well.

Fees in divided into semesters. You pay as you proceed to next semester. Incase you fail your semester, you'll have to pay fees of that semester again.
Basic fees is 2,00,000 initially [during admission it includes 50,000 as security deposit]
Sem 2 fees is 1,50,000
Sem 3 fees is 2,00,000
Sem 4 fees is 1,50,000
Sem 5 fees is 1,50,000
Sem 6 fees is 1,50,000
Scholarship is awarded on Merit based during 2nd year. You need to maintain your attendence over 80% in each subject and a strong academic record.
Being a part of college activities and events or representing college on larger playforms also helps to score. About 50% off on sem 4 to sem 6 fees is awarded.
No other payments are requested/required unless an official email is floated by the college admin.
If the student damages any property or equipment they will have to bear the charges.

Total course fee is 1.6 lakhs. I belong to general category, hence there wasn't any fee concession for me. For getting there is allotment based on financial situation of the students. If we don't get hostel there are many pgs and flats, which can be pretty expensive (mostly without food).

As for now I have 51000 for the first semester tution fee in which 10000 is refundable at the end of 2 years of course, from 2nd semester onwards the fees will decrease to around 45k for semester. I have paid 38000 for a semester accommodation at TISS(18000 for accomodation and 20000 for Dining hall fees) 20000 for DH is not finalized if your account remians then it will be adjusted to next sem, Mumbai which is very fair looking at rent you have to pay if you stay outside campus.

The student aid provided by the institute can't be available to everyone. With personel interview at instiutte level based on their circumstances, it can be availed and at the even semester.
Scholarships are available at the institute level and Governmnet scholarships, too. A bridge scholarship is also available. Each scholarship can be supported from specific categories other than General.

How do the new HR programs of IIM Ranchi, NMIMS, and XIMB measure up to the established ones of XLRI, TISS, MDI and SCMHRD?

The simple answer to your question is no, the new HR programs of IIM Ranchi, NMIMS, or XIMB are not at par with the established ones XLRI, TISS, MDI, and SCMHRD. The established programs especially that of XLRI are the epitome of HR programs. They cannot be compared to the new ones at any given level or parameter.
- Faculty: The professors of XLRI are renowned throughout the industry for their competency. They specialize in almost every domain one can think of be it Law, Competency Modeling, Compensation, or Performance Management.
- Peers: It’s the cream students who get the opportunity to get into a prestigious college like XLRI. You can see tough competition between the finest students at college. Every individual has a valuable opinion and stands to contradict others. Their thinking pattern is broad and given a case study, they look at all angles from accounting to finance to laws while proposing the solution. The situation at TISS is also quite similar.
Now one can say that the curriculum can be replicated and learned faculty can be sought to match the quality of the HR program at these institutes. But the truth is faculty and curriculum are the main but not the only factors that determine an institute's worth. Its own culture, ethics, and background have a lot to do with the programs it offers.
So one cannot match XLRIs programs no matter how much they try.

How good is the HR MBA Course at SCMHRD? Is it comparable to XLRI and TISS?

SCMHRD offers a good HR MBA program. It offers a decent curriculum and placements. SCMHRD placements in 2021 concluded with an average CTC of INR 16.5 LPA. The highest CTC offered was INR 33.6 LPA.
For HR, XLRI is better than SCMHRD. TISS is a great option for HR as well. In terms of placements, SCMHRD is comparable to TISS.
