Course Curriculum Overview
WWI provides a practical, industry based learning sysytem woith an emphasis on real projects, internships, and portofolio building satisfying the needs of become professionals in media and film making.Exams are a mix of practical projects and written test, with practical exams being more demandning.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee Structure is Below: Tution Fees - A main academic fee,usually increasing by 5-10% every year. Admission Fees - One time charge for admission. Registration Fees - One time course registration fees. Development Fees - Additional fees for infrastructure and facilities development. Caution Deposit - it usually refers to the refundable deposit, which is payable at the time of admission. Lab Fees - Fees paid for practical labssuch as for engineering or science courses. Examination Fees - fee for every semester. Hostel Fees - Depending on the accomdation category and sometimes including mess facility charges. Other Fees - This include sports,alumini, internet,health insurance and among others.
Campus Life
WWI provides an all round experiance and gives high importance to creative development and buillding coonections with the industry. It also has an infrastructure with the latest technology and abundant resources to learn and engage in extracurricualr activities. WWI is viblant place to study and grow.
Admission
I selected WWI because of great in placement and industry links, professional links and portfolio building throgh internships and projects. The Faculty member comprise professionals in their respective fields, which led to a more hands on learning experiance compared to the theoretical aspects of learning at the other institutions. i applied to a few other well known college which have high fees and cutoff.The entrance too WWI involves an entrance examination that focuses on creativity and knowledge in the subjects as well as interview.
Faculty
Most faculty are professionals in their industry, so learning is very practical and career oriented. Faculty is very helpful and always willng to help. course is based on semester wise.75% attendence is required to appear in exams. Exams aren't hard academically the real challenge is project work and deadlines.
Night Life
Nightlife in WWI is subdued and concentrated, refelective the creative and academic atmosphere of the campus. The library closes at about 7-8 PM, the gym 7PM and the cafetrias by 8-9 PM while hostels are available 24*7 with security. Most of the evening activities take place where students spend their time socializing. outside campus students often go nearby mall.
