Remarks

Mit offers alot of international and industrial collaboration. It not only focus of technical learning but also practical learning. Apart from academics it also focus on an active sports culture and rural immersion program.

Course Curriculum Overview

MIT has one of the best structures in regard to other Pune colleges. The teachers and staff are very helpful and understanding. They are very helpful in answering students questions. There is also a good amount of industrial exposure. It teaches alot about product, fashion, transportation design.

Course Fees: INR 2000000 per year

Placement Experience

The mit school of design offers good placements to its students. It has a very active placement cell. They keep informing the students about the various openings n helps them out with the whole process. So placements offered to the students of product design are in tata, Cisco, IBM, siemens etc

College Events

The campus life is really amazing. It support s students to participate in many Inter-Collegiate, University, State and National levels competitions. It hold alot of seminar and workshop not only related to the course but also ones that focus on the overall development of the students.

Campus Life

Spacious, well-equipped, hygienic canteen facility is available at MIT-WPUÕs campus.the college has its own football, volleyball grounds and twin basketball courts with flood lights.modern style well equipped gymnasium.A 500 Seater Air-conditioned Convention Facility with well engineered acoustics for conducting Seminars, Conferences and Training sessions supported by updated Audi-visual technology and sound systems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course isn't that long amd hard. They make it short and easy for the students to understand properly. The frequency of exams isn't very high and difficult. Their teaching methods helps us to understand and clear our exams.

I love my college

Placement Experience:

The percentage of students getting placement here in 79% and other some of them go for their own business,some for further studies , some of them get better offers off campus and some documents freelancing. I can't tell much about company visited during placement as I'm in first year only but yes you become eligible for placement from 3rd year 6th sem .

Improving slow but steadily

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty has improved throughout the semesters in the case of graphic design. There are professors who have worked in the field and have knowledge of the industry in their own specializations. The course is very identical to other colleges in case of the curriculum. There is sufficient teaching faculty with respect to the number of students. The faculty is accessible the majority of the time and is ready to answer any queries regarding their subject. The exams are relatively more laid back in case of marking yet it still maintains the level according to the student's skills.

Remarks:

Easiest accessible from Mumbai by an overnight train everyday. The college campus was really great and big. Good facilities. Ux Design was my area of interest and this was place the best option I had.

One of the best places for mechanical in Pune (2nd to coep ofc)

So basically I was interested in mechanical and wanted to do something in pune. Based on my scores the only three options I had which were worth going waw, coep, vit and mit. I had talked to several councillors and all were suggesting me to take mit. Reason for doing so was because they said that all these three colleges teach the same syllabus which is from sppu. After taking admission in mit, I don't regret my choice one bit and I'm glad I took admission here. The cutoff for this year in mht cet for mechanical was 95 percentile by the third round. Try pera cet as well if you don't have good score in cet. In pera cet the cutoff this year was around 90%+ but the exam's online so it's easy....Read More
