Each course is well designed keeping in mind of the advances in the respective fields and the placements having a average package of 7lakhs. ~ Abhay Rampure, B.Com {Hons.}
The university is a great place to network with more than 25000 students on the campus. The 8 departments in the university organize inter-departmental programs. ~ Archita Garg, BALLB {Hons.}
Boy girl radio is around 40 to 60 with boys being 40 and girls being 60 ~ Vivian Joseph, BBA
Dislikes
Placements were alright not the best mostly Averagimg 4Lpa so the ROI wasn't really there. ~ Cyril Christopher, B.Tech
The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA
Very strict in terms of attendance. Fine is charged if attendance is below 85percent and if attendance is below 75 percent those students are not allowed to write the exams ~ Bhavya Rajpal, B.Com {Hons.}
Why To Join Christ University Bangalore - Reviews & Rating
Campus is full of trees and calmness is best point
We can get good food from the canteens of there
The sports area are much better i think so
Dislikes
The behaviour of some of the faculties over there
Programs are less compared to other collages
Saturday is not a holiday for christites
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is ok and thé faculty is also ok there is no issue with the faculty and also some of the rules in the collage i am not into it because I don't think it's logical and adequate and also some of the faculties gives us disappointment
I liked the infrastructure of my campus very much. All the facilities are available to students. The location is also good with markets nearby.
Being an active student the thing I liked most is festing culture of Chirst University.
The faculties and their way of teaching is just amazing. They all re inspiring personalities.
Dislikes
Having pros of attendance criteria of 85% it consist of pros too. It restricts student to go for an emergency in his family if he lives far away as with less attendence we're not able to give exams
Placement Experience:
The placements eventually take place on the central campus after the completion of 3 years.
When speaking about the companies offering placements then many reputed companies visit and provide plenty of opportunities to students.
The average package for a bachelor is 6-7 lac per annum while it varies for masters.
Christ University ranks 3rd nationally for Bachelor's of Business Administration course. It has good brand value and image. Student culture and participation is good. Faculty are specialised in their respective courses and focus on all areas of development.
Canteens, Clubs and other social clubs in college.
Campus is very beautiful and it is in main city.
Social life is best, you can see many students from every part of India and also from foreign countries.
Dislikes
Attendence is the main problem, minimum 85% is required.
CIA's are the most annoying part and more hectic.
Staffs are strict and no phones are allowed to use inside the class.
Placement Experience:
I really don't know more about placements but what I heard from seniors is, placements are offered for almost every course. BBA and BCOM courses get a high no of placements offered and I'm not sure about Engineering courses.
Christ’s Campus is the best which is filled with Greenery and nice scenery
Another thing I like the most in Christ is about their Fest
Christ is meant for their cleanliness and neat work
Dislikes
I recommend Christ to decrease their application fee
They could have provided more scholarship opportunities
Canteen foods can be improved with little lesser amount of price
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year students get eligible for placements. Many companies like Amazon, google, TCS, Accenture visited and offered around 15-20 lakhs package. Christ makes sure that all their students gets placement.
My plan after my degree is to do MS
There are many clubs like CSA, CCA, GREEN ARMY etc which are mostly oriented to protect environment
Dislikes
The 85% attendance in this college is a big headache
Placement Experience:
The placements after Bsc are fewer and useless, Msc is highly recommended to get a good salaried job. I will pursue my MSc and do PhD in botany. My plan is not to get a salary but to do good for human welfare. And college teaches the same. The package after bsc is around 5 lakh per annum.
the infrastructure of the college is great and very pretty . you will love to spend your time there and make use of every resource present . the libraries are great
the people with different nationalities , places and opinions helps you broaden your thinking and let you make many friends
the placement opportunities are the best and great packages
Dislikes
they have very strict 87% attendance policy
they also are very particular regarding their dress code which is very frustating
less practical explanation of topics by faculty
Student Snaps:
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course as I always wanted to learn about management and was planning to do MBA. christ university is one of the top and well-recognized universities so I applied. the faculty is very good except for some who are way too strict about the college rules and regulations like attendance. the student ratio is 70 in each section. the faculty is qualified and has very good knowledge on the subject they cater to but some teachers focus on only the theory part rather than the practical learning experience. the exams are not that difficult to pass but CIAs are a lot to do. there are two written exams and two assignments.
i liked the Campus environment, its spacious and well kept
the auditoriums are big and the cafeterias are decent
Dislikes
Placement officers are rude, not a pleasant experience
Travelling to college was a disadvantage, the college is in a remote place
Placement Experience:
The placements are not satisfactory, there are good companies making offers but the students are made to accept the offer and given no choice by the placement office. I became eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester and companies like Kock Industries, and Deloitte came to our campus. The highest package offered was 19 LPA.
The culture and the vibe of the campus is happening
Dislikes
Strictness of the campuses and they are serious about it
The 85% attendance criteria which is very hard to maintain
Student Snaps:
Placement Experience:
Our campus offers placements in very reputed companies such as the big 4's like EY Goldman Sachs and also in other companies like de shaw the placement Percentage is almost 100% except for the students who opt for higher studies
The placements are also nice. From the 5th semester, students sit for placements and companies like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Walmart Labs, Yulu, Upgrade, Deutsche Bank, Wipro, Wells Fargo, etc., come for placement.
