Course Curriculum Overview
Well I chose this BBA in finance and international business in order to get exposure and foundational knowledge in the respective field. Talking about the faculties, They are amazing. If you adhere to university rules they are the most friendly ones. The way they teach depends on which students find more suitable they will teach you each and every basic concept regarding your subject. There is also a provision for choosing open electives which are offered by other departments like the School of science, etc, All the faculties are very experienced, taking an average of 20+ years of experience in their respective fields. There is more experimental learning to make things better for students. The curriculum design also focuses to develop various aspects of a student. There are 3 continuous internal assessments named CIA 1,2 and 3. Along with it one end-semester examination in each semester.
Internships Opportunities
If you register for the internship in the campus itself then just don't hope for a high stipend or stipend as students are only engaged in them for resume building and providing the experience. Also, you have to work with utmost sincerity and dedication to maintain a work-life balance. The companies from which interns get projects mainly include companies such as TATA, Toyota, Bharat Matrimony, and others.
Placement Experience
The placements eventually take place on the central campus after the completion of 3 years. When speaking about the companies offering placements then many reputed companies visit and provide plenty of opportunities to students. The average package for a bachelor is 6-7 lac per annum while it varies for masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure I found here was relatively more affordable than any other reputed private college. My fee for 1 year is 220000. In addition to it the average rent of any pg is 10000 per month (including meals) If you aspire to get a scholarship then you can get it after 1 year. Christ gives scholarships to its meritious students but after completion of 1 year in which you get relaxation in tuition fee. You can also apply for internship in campus as well but it does not guarantee stipend. Better to apply outside if you really want to cover your cost of study.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing here. You will enjoy a lot if you are interested and active in other co-curricular activities and sports. Events like darpan, blossoms, and Bhasa Utsav are the main attractions of Christ. The classrooms are designed in a modern way with all the essential amenities there. Indoor as well as outdoor sports clubs are established here. You will also be given the opportunity to represent the university on various platforms if you perform well. The library known as knowledge center is full of books and e-books or you can write a mail if you are not able to find any book you need. It will be available soon. There are various clubs being run by students like the student welfare organization, christ university business and management club, CSA, CAPS, etc.
Admission
For getting admission to CHRIST UNIVERSITY, you must give your 12th board (state or central) then you can fill out the application form for admission in which the application fee is Rs 1500 which you have to submit online. Admission to Christ University is conducted in several rounds.
