This campus is very good for education but not for enjoyment

Faculties have a good knowledge about subject and we can enjoy each and every classes here. They even trains us for cracking higher exams like IITs and that subject is very easy and helps us a lot. They helps us to prepare for interviews. But improvements in teaching methods must be there because most of the faculties here have ego issues so they won't allow students to sit at their comfortable zone.. Exams are easy not hard to pass very easy. And timings will be based on your semester on 1st and 3rd exams are at morning time at 2 and 4 at evening

All over course will cost you around 75,000 per year and you must pay around 3000 for books it's one time for 3 years and per supplimentry it will cost around 2000 per subject And if you are opting hostel it will cost around 75,000 to 95,000 they are increasing 10,000 per year so I'm not sure about that.

Social life I don't feel its that great but it's ok ok . You can enjoy college life in amrita campuses because they mainly focuses upon education. Sports facilities in Mysore is very low and no scope. We do have a lot of clubs here they are very active. But we don't have much functions or festivals here... It's very rare maximum 2 in an year don't expect a good college life here in amrita mysore

In hostel room you will be provided with bed , 2 table 5 chairs and each room will have 5 members each and 2 fans 1 wardrobe. Mess timings are at : 7:45 - 8:30 morning 12:45 - 1:30 noon 7:45 - 8:30 Night And daily night you will have biryani it's pure vegetarian food. Boys hostel is inside campus. And girls hostel is just outside gate of campus walkable distance

This college has a good exposure everywhere and their ranking are among top universities in India and World even though our mysore college is small other amrita colleges are very huge in areas. But we have active cells like CIR helps in placements and internaships. You must have above 60% of marks in you 12th and to get in top amrita colleges like amritapuri you have to attend entrence exams.

Faculties here are very young and nice to interact. They support us in almost everything. They provide PPTs and other work books timely. Faculties is very nice which I personally felt. My course is BBA and in that it's very comfortable at first semester you need to study a few important subjects. But after 1st year everything will be smooth you will be only having classes for upto 4 months maximum. And exam systems are also good. Very easy and comfortable here

We have Gym till 8:30 pm which is free for hostelites and outsiders are not allowed until they join gym championships. And we have a good library over here which has a huge amount of books it works from morning 8:40 to 6:30 pm. In hostel you will be provided pass if you want or get out of campus and free passes on Sunday's and we have Wednesday holiday here every Wednesdays are leave. We have mysore palace and temples and huge church's.
