Course Curriculum Overview
BBA (Hons) at TAPMI can make one gutted as in one semester I have so much and have done so many assignments I can't tell. So it's tough going at TAPMI but tough going makes one tough and that is why have admission in this college. Tapmi overall life is tough as well and not just the academics but it is worthy.
Placement Experience
We will be the first one to be placed but as per reports university has made tie-ups and we will be sitting for interviews from this year. There are challenges as companies have been informed that no student will be provided below a package of 5 lakhs so I feel median would be around 8 lakhs or so which is as good as engineering students.
Fees and Financial Aid
TAPMI has kept on Increasing the fees and luckily when I took admission the fees was 3.76 lakhs a year and now it is well over 4 lakhs. Luckily we were told fees will remain stagnant and therefore it has stuck to that. Hostels are mandatory as like MAHE Manipal this is also a residential campus and fees for that as shades above 2 lakhs a year.
Campus Life
TAPMI or Mahe Bengaluru campus once fully built will be one of the best place to study. Even with 60% ready campus, all facilities I feel are already loaded and there's not more which I would want. Sports I am not into but for the ones who are have a great time but I am consumed by the studies and two societies of which I am a part of.
Hostel Facilities
Boys hostels are two and juniors hostel is small but I felt was more better. It was three seater but the kind of life or fun I had there I still miss at my senior hostel. Meals are sometimes average but complaints are heard and corrected as well. So, hostel life and quality of rooms are good but food needs a little bit of notice from the management.
Admission
JIPMAT and IPMAT I gave them both and both the scores of mine were enough to get me admission here. TAPMI have now doubled the seats and around 400 students are admitted now every year and still given the number of students give entrance, one has to be among the top to get TAPMI.
Faculty
Faculties holds more power and with power comes huge responsibilities too. So if faculties are kings they treat us even better as if we are kings. So when you such kind like people in your ranks good things happen. Tapmi University have put a lot of brains in this and it has paid dividends as well with students obliging.
Night Life
Facilities of our campus are used till 1-2 am as Manipal University is known for its night life. Since no point going around as there's absolutely nothing near our university and therefore MAHE have built all the facilities inside. Many new food joints will be at the campus soon and sometimes we go out as college bus takes us for outing.
