Hostels three sharing very clean spacious nice room with a bed and a table. Washrooms and machines are common though. Food on campus is fully pay to eat with a variety of cuisine and 7 different restaurants to chose from. Around pgs and rentals also are pretty cheap due to the locality kengeri so maximum 10k you'll be able to get yourself your own room with everything and food outside.

I'd applied to multiple universities in Chennai and just this in Bangalore. Pretty much got into all of them but chose this due to change in place the fact it's in Bangalore.
