Christ University Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students become eligible for campus placements at the start of their final year and the companies start visiting one after the other. Mostly by the end of the penultimate semester, half of the candidates who have applied are placed and the remaining placements happen in the final semester. The college even provides opportunities to students who are not placed even after graduation. The number of companies visiting for placements is north of 50 and almost 1000+ offers were made in the department of commerce alone. The highest package hovered around 15 LPA and the average would be around 5.5 LPA. The prominent companies to take the graduates are Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY, Bain, BCG, McKinsey, ICICI Bank, Tresvista, Standard Chartered Bank, South Indian Bank, etc. 80% of the students who have applied get placed during the placement process. My plans are to higher studies after the degree.

The placement for LLM compared to that of LLB is less. Placements are provided by various MNCs and law firms. There is also a PhD where we get to do the research while the college provides the students with a decent amount of stipend.

The companies visit the office in the final year. For Media and Communication Studies program, the companies come mostly for the students of Advertising and Corporate Communication (Specialization 2) rather than Multimedia Journalism (Specialization 1). However, all the students are free to sit for all the companies. Some good brands come up for placements and take students every year. However, the good part is that even if you don't get an opportunity from the campus placement, you will always get an edge because of the university name when you apply to any of the companies. That's especially when you're applying in Karnataka or the Southern region.

Students are eligible for placements right from the start of their 3rd year. I would say placements are decent for my course. The average CTC is 6 lakhs, basic is around 3.5 lakhs per annum. For a newly established college like this, it's decent enough.

the college provides a lot of opportunities whether it is academics, sports, or extra circular . you can participate in anything you want. Apart from the degree, there is wide exposure. the faculties are also well educated and know how to deliver the knowledge to the students.

Students are eligible for placements from the 2nd year or 4th semester. A lot of reputable companies visit the college for recruitment. My reputation tourism companies visit the college for recruitment of the students pursuing this course.

I had chosen electronics and communication engineering it's because of my interest in that branch. there are some good faculties here and there are some good placements for this branch labs are good. we have library facilities here. student ratio is also good for this branch there are nearly 60 students will pass out from Thai college

This college offers some good placement options for finance students, companies like EY do bulk hiring. But for marketing students the options are very limited, majority of them is for sales profile. Average package is 4 CTC and highest is 7CTC.

Placement is okay, Till now 10 students get 21,5000 and The Ratio is Everyone will get a placement if he or she applied for placement and Companys are also good. Every time this much placement students get.

After passing the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visiting here are DE Shaw which gives 21L per annum and many other companies also visit like Amazon, TCS, etc which gives an average package of 6 Lakh.
