Scholarships are available at good scores in jee mains but there are also internal scholarships within semesters if you score good in one semester you can get scholarship financial assistance was also good
Teachers are good and they teach well and helping us to improve
The placement opportunities are good and allows big companies like amazon take students from the university.

Dislikes

The placements of this campus are very bad considering it's a government funded technical institution and the ranks for this college are high. the package should be atleast 6-7 lpa average for a cse student.
One more thing i hate here is that sports is not good here
Mess food is horrible here. the worst thing about the hostel life is mess food here.

THE ENVIRIONMENT AND THE ATMPOSPHERE OF THE UNIVERSITY IS TOO GOOD AND WORTH STAYING, THE CAMPUS IS CALM FULL OF GREENERY
NO PRACTICES OF RAGGING AND ALL ARE FACED BY ANY INSIDE THE UNIVERISTY
THE FACULTY, THE CLASSROOMS, THE INFRASTRUCTURE ARE WORTH STUDYING IN THE UNIVERSITY

A BIT OF CONNECTIVITY ISSUES RELATED TO TRANSPORT ARE FACED SOMETIMES BUT THIS THING HAS ALMOST BEEN SOLVED NOW

Likes

Academics and cultural themes. I really liked the infrastructure and the teaching facilities
The staff is very good and helping. Hostel fasciitis's are good
Food provided is also good, also medical aid centre provides good fascility

Dislikes

Too many monkeys wandering around inside the hostel premises
Washrooms and restroom and sometimes not cleaned
Hostel timings are quite discriminative in comparison to boys hostel

Placement Experience:

College provide a lot of placements like in PepsiCo PepsiCo companies anti-microbial labs and they also provide placements in Microsoft and IBM in IIT Kharagpur. College provide in campus as well as of campus placement as well it also include training session by young founder of forgers Pvt Ltd

the campus is very pretty and there is a lots of calming vibes
mess food is very good here …its clean and healthy

there are no placements for the department of biotechnology
the teachers are extremely strict and their ways of teaching are very inconvenient

labs and theory classes are held every day....exams are conducted in 3 parts minor 1 minor 2 and majors.... the subject proves to be important for research and daily life analysis. it's important in real world and the college prepares very well for it .

Likes

Peace, calmness, and infrastructure of the university
The facilities Inside the hostels is very good.

Dislikes

It’s hard to go outside without gate pass.
The quality of the miss food and water can be improved.

The relevance of the course is very crucial and important. A well defined curriculum in BIOTECHNOLOGY can prepare people for healthcare and for research purposes. As far as the exams are concerned, they are taken in minor one minor two and major also 10 marks assessment is also conducted.

Extracurricular activities like Fest, games, inter college competition etc
Course and faculty are the sweetest. They guide you through thick and thin
University lifestyle, infrastructure, nature scenery and vibe.

Dislikes

Extra strictness in terms of girls timings
Only coffee day beverage is there and some fast food shops and juice and kriyana shops . No nescafe etc
Monkeys in the university and hostel are too much.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 1st semester itself. Pepsico, vitalth forgers pvt ltd. , cisco, SBI, Amazon, Google. Many offers are made. 90? student getting placement. I plan to pursue my phd in this university.

My University, my Experiences

Likes

The surrounding, i really love my surroundings here as it is peaceful yet calm here.
I like our library as this is the only place where I can study without any sort of noise.
I like our rooms as they are comfortable and quite ok .

Dislikes

Gatepass - I really didn't like to get myself a pass signed to go home everytime.
Closing of our gate , this gets closed at 8pm every single day . It felt too suffocating sometimes.
The mess food , at first the food was okay but now I didn't even wanted to eat that food

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well I didn't have that much of specific aspect which leads me to join this course , I was just sort of curious and my curiosity took me here . They prepare us very well and even we are learning greatly (from the basics) . It improves me in genetic engineering and the course curriculum and professors are even good here . The examination level is quite good and the frequency of exams is quite efficient

in Shri mata vaishno devi university for biotechnology students there is no placements
there is so many monkeys in campus make so much disturbance
some time security system new rules regulations and strictness are not good
