In smvdu the faculty was divided as mentors they make a group of 6 to 8 students and one faculty as their mentor which helps to solve their problems privide carrer counseling etc They faculty teach you each and every concept and they give you theoritical as well as practical knowledge so you dont have a fear of exams

SMVDU Overview

Marking scheme of college is changed from 2024 batch and it is like 1 minor exam of 20 marks 20 marks for quizzes 20 marks for assignments 20 marks for assignments. As it univesity it has various courses and deparments and as of 2025 university added a new course of B.Tech AI and B.Tech Robotics.

The Tales Of SMVDU

Faculties of College are highly Educated and Experienced. They are best in their respective fields and they will help in every aspects. The Faculty and Students ratio are good as our Branch is divided into two and each section have different professors for different subjects. Our CSE, Mathematics and Physics department faculty are best as they are cooperative and they don't take attention criteria too harsh and very helping and show lineancy on checking exam copies. The Electronics faculty are strict and are the ones in whom subject you should be serious. They follow attendance criteria and also do harsh checking. Exams in our college are of mediocre level and you can be easily score in them.

The faculty of the college is very helpful in any circumstances with good student - teacher relationship. I like some of the faculty members because of they are helpful, problem solving , and they listen to your concern. No there is no faculty whom I don't like . Annually there are two exams one is mid semester examination and other is end semester examination. The exams are not so difficult but easy to pass

The facility sometimes does not able to connect with Students

The faculty of civil engineering is very nice and helping. Sometimes faulties unable to connect with students. Level of exams are hard and sometimes student are unable to clear them. There are 2 exams in one semester one is minor and another is major minors are of 20 marks and majors are of 40 marks. And the other 40 marks are depend on teacher. Whether you can take quizzes or can give you assignment.

Smvdu college

There is a very large amount of faculty available for teaching most of them are friendly and very nice with the students some teachers exceptionally do not have good behaviour but most of them are very nice we can understand them the all of the faculty is well qualified and listen to student issues
