- Overall the faculty at nit srinagar is good they provide us with good study material and they have average speaking skills we can understand their lectures easily jsnsnjdjdhdhshshhsjsjshhshshshshshshhshshshshhshshshshshshhshshdh
- It has a beautiful campus and the best facilities the library has a huge amount of books and has free wifi speed like 100mbps.
- In nit srinagar campus placement is very good many companies visit and they offer good packages highest packages in our college is 40-50 lpa that is good and many companis like tata hcl visits out college
Dislikes
- Placements are very poor as only 20-30% students get placed with an average package of 6lpa!
- Rapid development must has to present here which feels bad about this college.
- There are no oncampus internships you have to find one your own and let college know about it.they put restrictions on everything and no proper leave is given for the internship facilities mentor you correctly and guide you

- Hostel Rooms Occupancy , 6 students in single Room (For Boys Hotel).
- Mess foods are not good and needs improvement.
- Cafeteria is closed from long time , so less options of food inside college campus.

Placement of our college is Good . And the placement percentage is 80 to 85 % . PSUs ( BPCL , GAIL, IOCL, etc) also come in this college and Recruit average 3 students .
Average placement of Electrical is 8 LPA .
Highest placement is 18 LPA from Electrical .
Percentage of student Getting placed in Electrical is 85% .

- The best part of this college is its location which is located on the paradise of the Earth ❣️
- The teaching methods of the faculties is Awesome...
- The placement of our department is also excellent 👍
Dislikes
- The college has not much active clubs like there is no active coding clubs in the college
- Half of the college staff is filled with its home state which is ridiculous...
- Some of the faculties are very strict academically...

From 7th Semester, Students become eligible for campus placements.
The renowned companies visited for our department were VEDANTA, JSW , RELIANCE, etc. 75% students of our departments get placement each year.
The highest package offered for MME department is 13 lpa
The average package offered for 8 lpa.
I am thinking of doing M.Tech after my degree...

- Natural beauty and environment there is a dal lack near the college.
- there is fasillities of games like basketball, volleyball, badminton and tennis.
- railway station is 18 km away and airport is also about 18.1 km.
Dislikes
- hostel rooms are to small and 5 student have to share 1 room.
- campus is smaller then other national institute of technologys
- if you will be travel from Jammu to Srinagar via cab rod is not good.

companis like microsoft ,byjus ,reliance ,zomato, mahindra and many more companis visited and and provid offer 700 per year .higestpackage is 36.50 lpa and average package is 13.80 lpa.
