Likes

Infrastructure of campus is extremely good with various facilities
Environment of campus is very friendly which helps to make friends
Campus is ragging free which is very good thing for students

Dislikes

Many teachers are not so good they are guest faculty
Behaviour of guest faculty is not so good and they have no knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of my course is not good because it contains tough subjects in starting semester and easy in the last semesters and syllabus is not relevant for the placement sessionals are conducted every month around 20 and semester exams are in july and december

Life of college

Likes

The University his own dispensary along with transfer facility
Infrastructure of this university is very fabulous and academics for very good
Faculties that teach us are very nice and well educated

Dislikes

Management of hostel allotment of this universities not good
Best food of hostel was not good along with their were problem facing by student for leave for any holiday
Cleanliness in hostels are not good along with toilets

As we know in computer engineering we have to learn about languages coding etc but before learning it we have to learn it's basic this University provide a good curriculum which clear our all thoughts

Placement Experience:

There is no placement data, only 5-10% get placed, lowest CTC is around 2LPA and average is around 3 LPA & some students off campus get 8-10LPA, Any company that pays anything is preferred, Even Mass recruiters like TCS don't want to come here, there isn't any process here let alone transparency or opacity

You can consider it if you are not getting any NIT then you can consider this college.

Likes

Here teaches are well qualified and friendly. No ragging and we have friendly environment here which I liked most.
Huge Lush green campus with night Canteen facility (Homi J Baba hostel)
Administration is good, and they never procrastinate.

Dislikes

Here connectivity is not good. To go anywhere you have to go Delhi first then from there you have to switch the train to go your designated place.
College is situated in a village so there is no place to go outside the college.
Hostel facility is available for limited students only. You have to be in top 20% students of your class fir hostel. But all girls get's the hostel.

Talking about placement rate the ins is 40-50% according to several seniors I asked and they told me this is because most of the students prepare for GATE for higher studies. And the companies which visit here are mass recruiting companies like TATA and Infosys.

Our CUH

Likes

Students From all states study in the college, the glimpse of whole India can be seen here.
The atmoshphere of studies is very good.
The infrastructure of the College is very good due to which we do not face any kind of problem

Dislikes

There are limited hostels in CUH due to which all the students cannot get hostel in the college
There is lot of internal politics going on in college
The academic Block in the college is quite far from hostels but the college bus runs for a limited time which causes a lot of trouble to the students.

Placement Experience:

Yes, the placement in our college is a little less but some companies come to the college whose average salary is RS. 5lakh per year and only 25 percent of students get placement from the college.After my degree i will prepare for a government job.

CUH at a Glance.

Likes

Faculty is amazing. They are experienced. Although some are guests.
Infrastructure is good. Elegant buildings. Good labs
National integration is a great factor here.

Dislikes

Lack of proper sports facilities for which students suffer.
Lack of markets nearby and remote underdeveloped area.
Lack of sanitation facilities and clean water.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good and there is a dedicated placement cell working in B.Tech. department but in our course the placements are generally off-campus and hence there is a good record of placements in our university.

A way from learner to Achiever

Likes

Overall teachers are good but sometime they need to be hard on students .Also the view of the univeraity is good ,good AQI ,More like village vibes ,laboratory equipment and need of analyst .Also there is some problems of bathroom related problem
Campus life is pleasant ,not much availability of resources but its still satisfactory .
Biodiversity of animals and humans both make the campus beautiful

Dislikes

Teachers are not strict with students ,so students take the work for granted
Infrastructure need to maintained and some issues related to security is must look upon.
No Active placement cell but still people get placements throigh reference from their teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

Environment is the main motive to take the course Its very crucial for sustaining human life .So I got a interest in the subject because it is interdisciplinary subject it is combination of geology to atmospheric science .and has very interesting things to be aware of .

A life in CUH

Likes

The facilities of my department and there behaviour with students
Syllabus is quite good and appropriate for future too.
We can select one general elective subject of our own choice

Dislikes

The location of the university. It is in interior
Transportation facilities is very poor. It's is difficult to travel accross university
The local of the area are not good. So, sometimes girls feel uncomfortable. The ratio of boys and girls in our class is same

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually I was always interested in environment so I decided to take it. The curriculum is well designed as we have to study the all current situation of environment and their issues. Experiment part is not upto the mark The exam frequency is fast. But is not so difficult because everything comes inside the syllabus only.

My college has great scenery and very great weather and very good greeb forest are
Good quality of rooms in any hostel whether girls or boys
Cooperative staff and teachers in anything

Dislikes

Less hostel facilities for boys , many boys have to get to pg
Many times there is power cut in hostels in day and night

Placement Experience:

After clearong 6th semester and entering in 7th semestor students become eligible for college placements. Many companies suvh as tcs,wipro, Infosys visit our campus and take good and able engineering graduates for recruitment 98 percent of studenta get placed in college placements. My plans is to give gate exam and get a psu or pursue masters in iit

not goog for btech

Likes

central university of haryana is good for bsc and msc courses
Sports facilities are world class here

Dislikes

first they don't have proper faculty for btech
they does not provided hostel to all students
they don't have proper block/building for library

Placement Experience:

in this college only 2 or 3 students are placed for 3 lpa . so if want only degree then u should come this college and i am doing mtech after btech and i also start prepration for gate exam so i get iit or nit
