- My friend got a scholarship so i can verify it truly happens and is a great opportunity for students with low parental income to ease their parent's financial pressure
- The college has really good placements, a lot of companies offer a lot of job opportunities and the packages are quite high as well.
- Faculty expertise: iit delhi often attracts experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. students benefit from their guidance and mentorship.
Dislikes
- The hostel facilities are not as good as expected the meal is too bad.
- The race academy curriculum at iit delhi can be intense and demanding a leading to high levels of stress and pressure among students
- 75 percentage criteria is not good. moreover, classes are whole day from 8am to 6pm.

Placement Experience:
From the seventh semester(i.e; after completion of 1st sem in 3rd year) we are eligible for campus placements, from the vide range ML, Consulting, Core, Software many more. The highest package offered is as follows; Software 50LPA+ Adobe is one of the highest and the average is 20-22LPA.

I don't know much about placements but students may get a chance for interns from the 4th sem. The average package offered by the company to the students of my institute was 11- 14 lakhs per annum approximately.

I chose this course because I'm interested in coding.
The faculty here is good and understandable & they have PhDs from well-reputed schools.
Faculty Student ratio is approx. 1:15.
Our semester is of 13 weeks.
Minors are just after 6 weeks of the semester starting.
Exams are challenging and averages go low.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Microsoft, Infosys, and TCS, will cost. The highest package will be around 1 crore and the average package will be around 15 lakhs.50% of the students definitely get placements.

- it can be tough to manage your time between extra curricular and academics.
Placement Experience:
we can apply for placements from the seventh semester onward. a lot of big companies like Microsoft, google, etc visit the campus and extend generous offers to the students. the average package for BTech students was around 17-18 LPA and for dual degrees, students were above 20 LPA. around 80 percent of students get placed in top companies around the world. I wish to take up a job after getting my degree. I am currently enrolled in cse dual degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:
This course is one of the best courses in the country. It is the most demanded course by students and by job recruiters. The faculty: student ratio is 1:15. The faculty members are highly qualified from some of the best institutes in the country and even the world. They are quite friendly. They teach in quite a simple language. The timings of the semester examinations are strictly taken care of. Exams are easy if you pay attention in classes and can be a nightmare if not.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Initially I didnt know whether it would work out for me or not but I was interested in Logic and Math so I chose this course form elimination (this might sound silly ),Faculty student ratio is 1:5 its quite ample.Qualification is too high for the faculty they know about the course more than anyone in the country.Teaching method of the faculty is good overall most of them hard to understand and few are very good at explaining.Exams were on a period of 2 months and passing them was easy hard part is score good.

Companies like Google, Amazon, Graviton Research, BCG etc. come for placements. Most people get placed in some company. The range of packages offered is very wide - a few lakhs to 1Cr+. I will probably pursue higher studies after my degree.

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season. The hostels of IIT Delhi are facilitated with a mess, washing machines, and drinking water supply on each floor. Here are some pictures of the IIT Delhi hostel rooms-
