DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 7th sem students start getting placed. Most of the top tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft, adobe come to the college and make several offers. The highest package was around 40 lacs by Microsoft and the average is around 8-9. 50 % of students get placed. I am thinking of doing a mba from iim blacki.

7th semester. No of the companies were 300+ including Google, Amazon etc and offers made were 1600+. The highest package was of 1.22cr package and the average package goes around 11 to 12 LPA. College officials say 100% placement rate. My plan is to get placed in Amazon.

Placements at DTU are awesome. A lot of companies come to campus for hiring students. The highest package this year was 1.02 Crores and the average is around 12 lacs. I am planning to appear for GRE for further studies in Germany.

I have not decided yet. I am confused about whether to go for the tech side or for government jobs. I am still exploring, I was also thinking about Data Analyst. I can't go on the Non-tech side as I have not joined any societies so I don't have anything to show in my CV.

Internships begin during our third year and placements from the 4th year beginning. The opportunities are awesome. 45 offers till now for the EP dept. in this placement season, the highest is 19 LPA. Amazon, Uber, Morgan Stanely, Microsoft are some big names that visit and many more. Approx. 50% from EP dept. go for placements as most are higher study focused. I too plan on continuing my studies further, but that's up to personal preferences.

Placement in DTU is much much better than other private colleges and many government colleges, placement and internship opportunities are provided in all courses for all students, 300+ companies visit DTU forgiving, very good packages to students.

The placements of the college are by far one of the best in India. Every year few students gran more than 1Cr package and the average package too is around 16 lakhs including all branches. The percentage of students is also very high around 90% including all branches. Students are eligible to sit for placement at the end of the 4th year. Various companies like Google Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, LinkedIn, TCS, IBM take part in the placement.

The university students are placed in reputed companies offering a promising and high profile career. Some of the companies that have recruited students during the campus placements include Flipkart, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Indian Oil, Maruti, Yahoo, Oracle, Samsung, Deloitte, McKinsey, Adobe, and L&T. The highest annual salary package has gone up to Rs. 1.25 crore per annum. A major highlight of placements at DTU is that the leading companies not only make job offers to the final year students but also offer paid internships to third year students. This enhances the industry interface further, preparing them for the technological challenges of the industries and in turn assure better pre-placement job offers for the students. Students who have graduated from DTU are studying in various prestigious national and international institutes such as IIMs, IITs, Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University.

By the end of the second year, students get to sit for internships, almost all large tech giants visit the campus, and in the 4th year, of course, placements happen. In 2021, the average package was 12 lacs, with a number of offers crossing 1500. The percentage of students placed varies branch-wise. It's still good enough.

The placement of our college is very good for the core and noncore branches both this year around 95% students gets placed from all branches and almost 100% from cs,it etc. The name of companies visited is Amazon,microsoft,google,curefit,codenation,paytm and many more. The highest ctc gone was 1.02 crore till now internationally. AND for domestic maximum ctc has gone 45Lpa. Currently, my plan after getting a degree is to find a good job in the technical field which I feel is quite possible in dtu because almost every student from here grabs a job at last.
