I chose MA (English) because I wanted to follow my passion for English and even faculty was so good and was so friendly and they always give you good advices and they were very well qualified all were Ph.D. scholars and in this college, there was semester system in one year there were two sem and 2 mst's.

The admission procedure is primarily online and is generally very simple. The form is available on the official website and it gets updated. After filling up basic details, there is submission of the documents such as mark sheets of bachelors, tenth and twelth and so on.

Overall the experience is great, from education to extra curriculars to socializing with students and teachers.

Overall my college is gud. but thing I don't like is. many teams like dance drama. are not given space for practice they have to find there own space to do.

There are a lot of factors for choosing the college. First and foremost factor is that it is near my house. Secondly, it is famous for its faculty and especially for M.A. English. Not only this, this college has an apt combination of Applied Linguistics and American Literature in its 4th semester. This combination is not present in majority of the colleges in Ludhiana.I opted this course because I was curious to learn more about English literature. And, I feel blessed to learn about English in depth.

On the basis of PUCET Entrance examination, the admission process take place. For PGCET, admission is given on the basis of first cum first serve basis and minimum eligibility for PGCET is MA (English) or B.Ed. (English) from a recognized university. Candidates needs to have passed Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% marks from recognized university for admission to MA course.

I would recommend the readers to go for the University only if they can work hard by themselves. But if they want to rely on the teachers then please go for colleges as what I've found if those colleges are much better than University as in the university you're on your own.
