M.Tech from IIT Bhubaneswar makes sense only if you are willing to study more on research-based topics of the subject. We should pay for sem wise for gernal it was like 1lakh 43k ,43k for mess hostel and etc stuff and 1 lakh for tution fees. I am sc student so for us only 43k for sem fees we dont have any tution fees. I dont have any scholarship in my first sem. And for general and other caste expect sc,st, pwd if income is less than 3 lakhs then clg managment return back that 1ladh after 1st sem. The people who joined with rank less than 1000 in air they have got seat for free.

IITH in a Nutshell (the Goods and the Bads)

I dont have any such comments about the fees because i honestly think we are getting our money's worth on this campus. I got a Loan from one of the banks on college campus. SBI rate of interest is 8.65%. I have no campus employement yet but am looking forward to joining clubs.

I liked the curriculum and the flexibility of the system at IITH a lot.

The tution fee is around 1.5 lakh per semester and the last fee hike was in 2021. There are a multiple number of scholarships which are provided inside the campus and are sufficiently helpful for the students. Campus placements are regular and 75% of the students got placed in the year 2023. The average package was 21 lakh rupees.

The overall fee for students in IITH is about 150000. For students who have joined the institution through reservation quota like SC and SC will only have to pay 50000 as the fee for each semester. Additionally, scholarship schemes are available for students who can not afford the entire fee. Internships are provided to 3rd-year students (few 2nd-year students also). Placement drives are also conducted by very well-established companies like Google, Deloitte, Accenture, Oracle etc.

Fee is taken before the start of every semester here. When I joined, the fee of first semester was 1.6 lakhs including hostel fee. And in second sem, we paid nearly 1.45 lakhs. In this the tuition fee is 1,00,000 per semester and the rest is hostel fee, student funds etc. So the total fee per year adds upto 3,00,000 nearly. Fee remission is provided here based on Income tax returns. Many scholarship options are provided which are given based on different aspects. They are even providing interest free educational loan if we meet the requirements. You can even work in clubs or as a TA to get stiphend.

IIT HYDERABAD - BE YOUR DREAM COLLEGE.

The tuition fee for an year is rupess 3,00,6000/-. Which goes like this , 1st sem : 1,62,000/- and 2nd sem : 1,44,000/-. Their is no significant hike in the fee. One can avails various scholarships based on their eligibility. I have personally not availed any employement in the college but my seniors work as TA's and ge stiphened for that.

The tuition fee for a semester is 1 lakh rupees. On top of that, there are other charges for the hostel and mess that sum up to 43k rupees. So a total of 1.43 lakh rupees per semester. There are scholarships for students who can't afford to pay that much fee. It is based on the annual income of the student's family.

The fee of chemical engineering course at IIT Hyderabad is high . It is almost 3 lacs per year. They provide us information about scholarship which are given by government. Here i didn't get any job with stipend
