IIT BDes Admission 2026 Begins @uceed.iitb.ac.in; Apply by April 10

The common application portal for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programs at the prestigious IITs and IIITDM Jabalpur is now live. Qualified UCEED 2026 candidates can now submit their applications for the 2026-2027 academic session.

IIT Bombay, the organizing institute, has activated the portal as of March 14, 2026. Eligible candidates must complete their registration and institute preference selection before the deadline in April. Please note that a UCEED qualification is mandatory, and seat allocation will be strictly based on All-India Rank (AIR) and category availability.

The admission process is a common application handled by the UCEED Office at IIT Bombay. Candidates can apply for the following participating institutes: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur.

Applicants must log in to the portal to provide their personal details and rank their order of preference for these institutes. It is crucial to upload all digital documents, including the UCEED Score Card, Class XII mark sheets, and category certificates (if applicable).

Candidates can edit their preferences until the closing date. However, once the deadline passes, all entries are considered FINAL. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be summarily rejected.
