IIT Hyderabad M.Tech Artificial Intelligence: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. IITH’s M.Tech Artificial Intelligence programme accepts GATE scores in CS (Computer Science and Information Technology), AI (Artificial Intelligence), EE (Electrical Engineering), and EC (Electronics and Communication Engineering). Candidates with strong scores in Mathematics (MA) may also be considered by the AI department in some cycles. Applicants must register on the COAP portal and list IITH M.Tech AI in their preferences after GATE result declaration.

Ans. GATE-qualified M.Tech students at IITH receive a monthly stipend of INR 12,400 under the Ministry of Education fellowship for the duration of the 2-year programme.
