I applied to a few top Delhi university colleges and a few Indraprastha University colleges as well. I had received admission from both of those universities but I chose hansraj College because of strong academic reputation, experience faculty, discipline, environment and consistent placement records. Compare to other colleges hansraj has better infrastructure more active technical society and highly competitive peer group, which suited my academic goals. The admission process was almost fully online through the admission portal based on the exam scores and cut-off eligibility include passing class 12th with mathematics and qualifying for the common entrance test. The admission process for Hans Raj College is through CUET and DU CSAS in which whole DU takes part so there is no other process to apply to other colleges but my preference sheet looks like SRCC, Hindu, HRC, KMC, Venky, Ramjas and so on till 47 and i was alloted HRC so basically all colleges behind HRC were confirmed for admission....Read More

Hansraj college is Tier 1 college for commerce right after SRCC and Hindu. I got into Nlu Johdpur and IIm rohtak (IPM programme) But i chose hansraj because it is a great college with amazing faculty . I didn't apply for any other college or university. Cause i was quite confident about this one. My college admission process is from CUET UG then you need to fill the admission form of delhi university and follow up the process of CSAS. Cuttiffs vary year to year and course to course , the delhi university declare the cutoffs on the basis of seats and applicants with their scores. So you cant fix on any score or percentage to get the exact cutoff...Read More

Hansraj college falls under Delhi University and you'll have to clear cuet cutoffs to get admission into the college. Subject combination required for Economic hons is maths + english + 2 subject that you studied in your 12th. I didn't apply for any other universities....Read More
