Course Curriculum Overview

5

I cant believe in what is happening at our college. It is like the old school sacred gurukul style of teaching has returned. There is no better course curriculum at hansraj than my course. It prepps you well enough to handle the mediocrities and hardships of the corporate life. It is just absolutely perfect no doubt about that.

Placement Experience

5

Yes, hansraj college new delhi offer placement to students. IT, finance and consulting are three sectore for job and it provides jobs in all three sectors. From bain & company, boston consulting group, and many more in india visit our college for hiring students, especially for economic hons and offer them roles of research analysts.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual charges for the wonderful course of economics at my college is around 32000 per year. It inculcates all types of infrastructure, exams and other forms of payment levied by the college. I feel blessed to be a part of the hansraj family, as my college beats other private universities easily in terms of fees and scholarships offered to unwealthy children.

Campus Life

5

Confluence is the name of the culturaly rich and heritage filled fest, of the most awaited one all round the year, which is our lovely hansraj college. We have access to a rich variety of textbooks and contagious pieces of fiction as well. Classrooms are filled of ACs and high end 3d projection devices. I am also a part of the mun society which hones my skills to a large extent.

Admission

I chose to be a part of the most desirable college and course, not just of north campus, but of whole delhi university. I applied to several other colleges, but hansraj's magical charm pulled me right towards it. I feel very loved to be a part of the hansraj family. I had given the all india test, that is, cuet examination to go to my dream course here, at hansraj.

Faculty

5

I grew really fond of mrs shallu bansal from our college. She was very astonishing in guiding me through my placements journey. At hansraj, we have a teacher for about fifty to sixty students each. Examination are conducted in specially delegated lecture arenas and are of moderate to low difficulty.

Night Life

5

The rich part of my college life is the presence of good quality clubs, like djwalia, fructos, ricos located within a kilometer radius from hansraj. Hansraj also has many eating outlest inside of it like amul, mitti and nescafe. The campus is filled with enriching students from 8 in the morning, to usually 4 in the noon.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It DU, so i think for many students it comes down to if you are able to make it to cutt off list. So my decision was based on it. I cleared the cutt off list for english hons so i took it. I wanted to make my way for govt job, so it was all about getting a degree regardless of what subject i was getting. I think curriculum just make you educated enough to get to know but its the college life that make you come face to face with the real world. exams every 6 months i.e every semester i think its good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like Human Geography which let me to opt for this paper. Besides theory papers, we also have practical papers every semester through which we conduct surveys, interviews, research which helps us in preparing for the real world applications as well as further academic pursuits if we want to go in the field of Remote sensing or GIS. I feel that for papers including research or management, we should be showcasing how we can mitigate them or adapt in such scenarios and also make drafts for writing a research for further pursuits. However, as the time is limited it is quite understandable as to why its not conducted. We have two exams in a year and they are quite relevant and easy

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and may be seen as average in aspect of my college . I selected my course as I saw myself holding potential in the field of language , English was my strong interest. The curriculum prepares a basic and needed knowledge for everyone accordingly and yes , it may be seen as an important aspect in higher education, experiences from professors and teachers is shared by live demonstrations and examples in order to achieve a good understanding. The improvement in the curriculum may be that of a much regular based classes as there is a frequent cut in classes and sometimes some teachers may slack during the day cancelling classes and stuff . The frequency of exams and timings are arranged and not much complicated related to my course and difficulty may be considered moderate .
