Course Curriculum Overview

Exams are moderate. Curriculum offered oppertunity to improving the skills which it easier to get placement which also helps to improve practical learning along with studying theory. The only problem is semester duration is small .

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience

Overall the college offers great placement opportunities. Students from 7th Sem onwards are eligible for campus placement. The placement is given by evaluating skills of the students along with academic performances. 150+ companies visit the college for placements. The highest package offered is 17 LPA and the average package is 5.5 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fee is 45000 per year for students under state merit that includes caution deposit 5000( one time), arts and sports , tution fee is about 33000, and also university examination fee (5300).There are many scholarships available for students. Mangement fee is about 75k.

Campus Life

College conduct tech fest called prayag which is inter - college fest. And cultural fest called yavnika conducts every year .The college conduct sports meet every year. And the YD is biggest fest which both cultural and technical inter college event .There are various clubs in college for both technical and for non - technical students such as IEDC,IEE,GDG ETC.

Admission

Admission based on keam score.college provide better placement oppertunity and good infrastructure.hostel facilitie available. College located at heart of trivandrum city. which made transportation easy. All

Faculty

Faculties are friendly. Almost everyone was helpful. Exams are moderate,there are two internal exam and a sem exam per semester . College under ktu university. There are some issue regarding with valuation of KTU.

Night Life

The college has a cafeteria and also a society store from where we can get almost every supplies needed. The college also has printing facilities inside the campus. The college timing is from 9:00-4:15. As the hostel is also inside the campus compound students are free to roam around the campus till 10:00pm. The hostel curfew time for going outside is till 7pm.

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

Placement Experience:

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

My 1st priority was this college and I've successfully achieved that. I've chosen this college mainly as it's near my home town and this college have 3rd position over Kerala for pass result percentage. I have never got rejection from any college as this college was my first priority. For admission process the students must wants to clear keam exam and those who got higher rank will get the seats. My college LBSITW is a government controlled self financing engineering college . It is managed and controlled by LBS centre for science and technology , a government organisation . A DEEP DIVE INTO LBSITW POOJAPPURA,TVM

I choose this college because ther are about 140 something college under our university and my college ranks 4th position. This college provides very good environment for studies and through this college I can get more exposure to technichal world a very important aspect. This college accepts students through keam entrance examination.
