Course Curriculum Overview

1

As i mentioned earlier, it is a lot in excess when compared to other bcom courses. The syllabus is very tough , that is still acceptable but even the checking is so strict that no one is able to score good marks.

Internships Opportunities

1

There aren't much internship opportunities offered by the college, the placements are good but it's not so good in the aspect of offering internships because i doesn't provide much opportunities as internships.

Placement Experience

4

Students become eligible for placements after 3rd year. Companies like deloitte, pwc, v guard have come here for recruitment. Average package is 6lpa and the highest package last year was 20lpa. Around 30% students get campus placement. I am a student athlete and I would like to continue with my sport full time after the degree. I just wanted to get a degree from a good college just to add a star to my CV

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me the fees is very high. Every semester the fees is around 30k to 40k. It has to be paid in 2 installments. First installment before the end of 1st month of the 6month semester and 2nd installment before the end of the semester. The semester fees and the services provided are not in sync. The services are very cheap and not upto the mark according to the fees. The college charges money for every little think you can think of for example - condonation fees (500 per subject), fine for mobile use, fees for college fests etc.

Campus Life

2

Campus Life is almost non-existent. The campus is very small , consisting of just class rooms, Library, auditorium, a small ground and a gym. Everything is paid. The library is good , the collection of books is very vast and the process of borrowing books is also very smooth and non corrupt. Many of the class rooms don't have access to AC , which is very troublesome in summers . There aren't any smart boards in most of the class rooms. The clubs and societies are the only good thing there in the college. Because there is a society for every topic and all are very active, constantly conducting events.

Admission

I just came here because of the reputation and tha nirf ranking which was 5 when I joined. But i realised that , ironically the ranking and the college are completely in contrast. I thought because of the rank it would be good and the brand name would be a positive to my CV but the experience here is = hell

Faculty

1

Course structure according to bcom level is very tough. It's very huge and extra when compared to other colleges offering bcom. The faculty members are also very rude and not at all friendly. They neither motivate the students nor do they teach properly. It's like just they teach because they have to . They don't do it to make you learn. They have 2 exams in a semester 1. Cia(continuous internal assessment) 2. End semester ( final exam) And I don't know why do they have such a strict checking criteria even the toppers in school who scored 95%+ in 12th boards don't get more than 8cgpa here . In a batch of 800 bcom students. Who got admission here by clearing the cutoff of 93% in 12th, 200 students couldn't clear semester 1. They got arrears.

Night Life

3

Actually I am not the correct person to write about night life because I am a student of bcom morning batch which starts at 6am and ends at 9:50 am, so I don't hang around much in the night around the college so I don't have much idea

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course the b.com because I want to become the CA but after completing the graduation my family condition was not very good so I quit my studies and searching for the job. My dream was after B.com then I complete M.com then CA but I couldn't do that. I'm pursuing because I'm interested in understanding how businesses work and want a solid foundation in commerce and finance. It opens up various career paths in accounting, finance, management, and more. Plus, it's a versatile degree that can lead to professional certifications like CA, CS, or MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average
