Kalimpong College is one of the oldest colleges in West Bengal, established in the year 1962. It is affiliated to the University of North Bengal, accredited with Grade B++ by NAAC. Also recognised by UGC.

Kalimpong College Admission
The admissions in Kalimpong College occurs on the basis of merit.
Due to the current pandemic, all the admission processes are occurring online through their online portal.
Every student who wishes to take admission in the college has to fill the form and upload the necessary documents and pay the necessary fees through the online portal mode.
How to apply?
- Eligible candidates have to fill the form, by putting in their name, Age, 10+2 marks etc
- Upload aadhar card, Caste certificate and if applicable PH certificate.
- Upload the 12th mark sheet, and leaving certificate, passport size photograph and other necessary documents.
- Then click on submit.
- Wait for the merit list to be uploaded on the official website of the college.
- If you are selected, then complete the admission process by paying the Admission fee through the given mode of payment.

- Self-attested mark-sheet of HS or its equivalent (2 copies both side Xerox)
- Self-attested Admit card of HS and MP or its equivalent examinations.
- Self-attested Pass Certificate of H.S or equivalent.
- Self-attested Transfer/Character certificate.
- Original migration certificate (for migrating candidates only)
- Self-attested copy of the certificate of SC/ST/OBC-A & B, if any

I didn't apply for other colleges as it was COVID time and it was best for me to join this college as I am from kalimpong itself. But I wish I applied for different college as I believe that I would gain more knowledge and experience if it was from other college.

- We have a good hygiene system and maintenance of college is excellent

- Overall everything is good about college but it's quite far

The majn reason behind to choose this college is that this college is in my hometown. I can come to college from home . And I can study and get my degree by living in home with my family . And this college has all the facilities and courses that I needed so this was a best option
Admission:
Affialted to North Bengal University the education is good here. Even though being a government College there is no political activities. The college is free from strikes. The teachers are well qualified. The fees is relatively very less.
