The college follows KTU (abdul kalam university) curriculum. The curriculum is well designed, provides opportunities for students, engages the students, helps them in academics as well as extra co-caricular activities

Colleges does provide campus placement. Campus placement starts from semester 7 . And many big big companies like L and T, fleet managment, IBM, TCS does provide job opportunities and offers high salary packages .

RIT is a gov based college so that the fee structure is actually less than that of all aided and self-financing engineering colleges. For the students that acquired the seat by state merit will be having 8650 indian rupees every year as the tution fees and other additional fees like transportation, hostel, parents teachers commision will be seperate. Parents teachers commision (PTC) fees is paid at the time of admission which was around 7500 at the time of my admission and it does increase every year as the facilities and availablities of the college is increasing. When it comes to the fee structure of other reserved seats like SC/ST , EWS , FW the fees is less comparing to state merit seats. My friend who got admission as a fee waiver (FW)has a tution fees of 3650 indian rupees. PTC fees is compulsory for all category. College does provide many scholarships. The most popular scholarships are :- 1) E-grantz 2) Alumni scholarship 3) Vidyasamunadhi

College has both art festival and sports program. Art festivals are seen all years which are RITU and KELI which is like a celebrition for the students of the college. Sports activities are also there every year and many additional sports programs like REBOUND, SMASH, KICKOFF, RPL is there. There are also programs for all celebration like christmas,onam, eid etc.

I choose this college because it is a government engineering college . It is affordable, the campus has a eco-friendly atmosphere, college has a very big alumini association, the college also has many sports alligned programs like rebound, kickoff, smash, RPL etc.

Faculities are well educated, well dedicated they have done thier masters and phds in premium institutions like ITT's, NIT's etc. They clears doubts no matter how many times you ask and doesn't show any kind of angry or disappointed expressions on their face which for most of the students asking doubt is a relief

The college does have gym that provides all kinds of equipments needed for a proper working out gym Cafeteria is the favorite spots for couples and class bunkers The best hangout spot inside the college is the heat engine lab, the water tank and inside the RIT college bus Outside the college maria bakers, moncys hostel, summer sand are best for hanging out
