Review about my college

Mechanical Engineering is an evergreen and ever-evolving branch of Engineering. The Department of Mechanical Engineering of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology Kottayam has done justice to this ever evolving and progressing domain of the engineering family by emphasizing on both quantitative and qualitative subsets of the curriculum scientific.

The college itself do not provide any internship opportunities. The students themselves have to find out one. This help the students to get more connection with the world into which they would have enter after completing their course.

Good number of placements are taking part in the college every year. The Semester Seven Students are eligible for the campus placements.The job offered has a value of 120000 per year. Percentage of the students of getting placements are less as compared to previous years

The course fees is about 8500 per year. We can get into this college through KEAM Examination. The course fees of different courses are different. But all the course fees are less than 10000 for all the branches.

Overall experience is pretty good for me.The facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are good. Every classrooms contains projectors and speakers. Extracurricular activities are very less as compared to other colleges

Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Technology is one the finest college in Kerala. It is located in Kottayam. The locality and the appearance make me to pick it as my first option. The information i got from different sources are pretty good that's why i opted this college over others.

Faculty students ratio is pretty low. But in the case of student relationship, they are always willing to solve the problems of the students. Manish M from mechanical engineering department is one of the finest faculty members in the whole college.

Night life is very awful in the college premises. Most the college premises are not used properly and most of the areas are covered by trees. The are many hangout places outside the college like illikkakallu, pathirakattu etc.
