An overview of RIT

I am a student coming from general category so I don't have any scholarship that aids me in paying fees, this i have to spend around 7k for a sem usually(may vary) , on taking admission i paid an amount of 25k which included the pta fund and other fees including first semester fee, and for the exams we should make payment in order to write it. But looking upon students with reservation and category they don't have to pay the entire money depending upon the scholarship they get several scholarships like egrants , women empowerment and similar things are available which aids students coming from economically weaker section and students who have reservations.There are other merit based scholarships also but comes in slight numbers 1-3 from a class whom are selected by considering different academic traits. The above mentioned things are true to my best known.

I am paying about 10,000 rupees per year as tution fees and it won't be increasing or decreasing till I complete the course.I had no caution deposit in the college.I paid 13,500 rupees for the PTA development.The university fees will be paid directly to the university in their site and it's about 5500 rupees per semester.

RIT CAMPUS : THE LAND OF OPPORTUNITIES

Fees and Financial Aid:

The yearly fee i am paying around Rs.7600 and which include all the lab fee, tution fee and bus fee etc. The tution fee is around Rs.1300 and admission fee is Rs.10000 only at the time of joining. The lab fee is around Rs.510. The fee for those who got admission under reservation category are just only one-third of the general category students. My batchmate who got admission in OBC seat is paying total semester fee around Rs.3450. There is a scholarship most of the students are applied is Egrantz and around Rs.20000 arr they get in every end of the year.

Couse fee is normally:7000 indian rupees. There are many scholarships provided by Government including egrants, prakathi(only for girls) and scholarship given by aluminis, these would be enough to cover up the course fee. There is also university exam fee.

Fees and Financial Aid:

RIT is a gov based college so that the fee structure is actually less than that of all aided and self-financing engineering colleges. For the students that acquired the seat by state merit will be having 8650 indian rupees every year as the tution fees and other additional fees like transportation, hostel, parents teachers commision will be seperate. Parents teachers commision (PTC) fees is paid at the time of admission which was around 7500 at the time of my admission and it does increase every year as the facilities and availablities of the college is increasing. When it comes to the fee structure of other reserved seats like SC/ST , EWS , FW the fees is less comparing to state merit seats. My friend who got admission as a fee waiver (FW)has a tution fees of 3650 indian rupees. PTC fees is compulsory for all category. College does provide many scholarships. The most popular scholarships are :- 1) E-grantz 2) Alumni scholarship 3) Vidyasamunadhi
