As we all know Electrical & Electronics Engineering is the one of the toughest branch in Engineering i choose this branch because in this course there is electronics included . Teachers set exam papers most of time medium level and some time tough also . And best part for this year curriculum there is no subjects for 1st years. Duration for end semester exam 3 hours and for mid semester 2 hours.

In last year about 207 internship are provided by different companies for Undergraduate students and 107 internships for PG students . This interns are given by some companies like Reliance industries Pvt , American express,VISA, Axis Bank.

In Tier one Engineering Colleges list NIT Calicut is one of them .We know there are good placement for tier one engineering colleges. Students can sit for placements from 3rd year i.e from 6 th semester. Top Recruiters are companies visited in last four years TATA,HP, ORACLE, DELOITTE, RELIENCE, ADITHYA BIRLA GROUP and etc.. in evey year about 75% to 85% Students are get placed . Highest package in 2024:47LPA Average:13LPA Median:9.5LPA

For SC/ST and income below 1lakh students fee per yearly: Mess fee 66000 Semester Fee (200000+130000) for even and odd sem respectively One time fee 72000+ For the students above 5 lakh income : Tution fee 125000( 62500+62500) + Fee applied for sc/st students *Sem,mess and one time fee is same for all students *NSP scholarship abt 50000

There is one techno fest name tathva which was held in every year in October month , ther is a cultural fest Ragam held in the month of february. celebrities will come during these fest. Over 1 lakh plus books, journals are present in library. Classrooms are ok ok with equipment like projecters. One of the best thing in this campus is Games/sports for each and every individual sport there is a coach. There are so many active clubs like robotics club , music club etc..

As nitc is an old college and the hostels are also old . The hostels are divided in a way that the freshers are apart from the 2nd 3rd year students . The rooms are quiet good and spaceous . The ventilation is also well designed in some rooms . About the food ,they mostly follow the Kerala style food which make the other state students feel uncomfortable

Actually i used to get into NITW (warangal) but due toy jee main score i didn't get into it. so the better college after NITW is NITC (Calicut) . NITC is in Top 5 nits list . And the other reason s why i choose NITC is it is present in Kerala . As we know Kerala is one of the best place to explore. Admission process ; After qualifying Jee Main the college asks to provide some important documents like caste certificate, income certificate etc..

All professors/teachers are highly qualified and there is a good relationship between teachers and students. But some teachers Behave rudely some time . Coming to exams for every sem there is a midterm exam and the grading policy is depends on teachers.

I haven't faced any group discussion, interview or written test during admission time But before admission i wrote a exam calle jee main which is necessary to get admission into NITs . During my admission time in NITC people are so humble and they won't hesitate to help.

Night life in nitc is very good . As the college is totally filled with trees which gives pleasant and cool breeze at the night time. Most of the college fests are also done at the night,so that students can enjoy the nature at the night time.
