Course Curriculum Overview

There are many carricullam iny college and i participated in those events and give my all efforts to them. The rasyaan is one of them and the freshers party iny college organise and all the students enjoy them.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Even semester Tution fee-32000 Hostel fee - 18000 Odd semester Tution fee - 32000 Hostel fee- 18000 Fee of my batchmate is same as mine but most of them having scholarship and financial stability as good as they have chosen the course.

Campus Life

The annual festival are very the wing wise hostel games. Rasyan festival from the uttrakhand sarakar we enjoyed that. The sports teams are get involved in the games which are held in Garhwal and the teams in all game are get participate in competition.

Admission

The admission process of my college is firstly taken admission in first year and the course is 4 years and the semester are 8 in tha all time period of course. I didn't get any rejection from any college i choose and get admission on gbpiet ghurudori.

Faculty

Exams are there are very tough because i choose highly recommend course but i am a average Lerner student with a slow grabbing skills on my field. The faculty ratio iny branch is 8/70 And there are two class test and one mid term and semester exam iny course

Night Life

The one gym in our campus having. And we have a huge Library and the there is one village behind the our campus . Hostle breakfast timeing is 7 '0' clock Lunch - 1:30 am and dinner 8 pm. The safe palce to roam around night is around the hostel area.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed. The highest package ranges from 2-3 crores and average goes around 13lpa. I am currently planning to do an MBA after graduation from a foreign university moat likely Harvard.

I applied for this college only as my parents allowed for this one only as it is closer to my home. The college lacks a bit in terms of infrastructure as compared to other colleges in the region. The placements are not good enough. To take admission into Btech 1st year in this college, one needs to give JEE Mains exam and UKSEE for lateral entry and 12th merit is accepted for admission in Biotechnology.
