Placement Experience:
The campus placement after the lockdown is very low but gate preparation could be done very easily in the college. And various students are also preparing and getting into IITs and get a huge placements. Bharat Electronics Limited also offer placement in the campus placement for Electronics and mechanical Students at goverment post.

Placement Experience:
Oncampus Placements of this college is low so u have to preapare on your own for better offcampus Placement. Placement Percentage is quite low like only 70% student get placed and most of the student prepare for GATE. company visited are cognizant,tcs ,bel and infosys

- I found that the quality of infrastructure is old

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is well versed and to the point. It is designed as per the Uttarakhand Technical University rules and is well designed. Exams are held every month i.e. sessionaly and one end semester exam that is in the end,

- The location of Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering and Technology is situated in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
- The College campus is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

- College placements are not that good. Only some students of some branches like Computer Science get placements in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Btech have different branches, students can choose Btech branch according to their interests. After four year Btech Degree students can take job in different companies. After Btech is completed, students have options to pursue higher education (Mtech) and PhD or they can search for jobs.

- The first thing I like is its nature and environment.
- The first thing I like is its campus diversement.
Dislikes
- The main thing here is attack of monkeys and tiger at night.
- No proper hygiene in the mess food and irregularity of weather.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester to 8 semester students become eligible for campus placement. Wipro l&t are the few companies that visited and made of a to students previous year. The highest package that I know is 60 lakh and the average packages 2 lakh. The percentage of student getting placement is 15%. my plans after getting the degree clearing GATE exam for the studies or getting job in MNC because I don't have much faith in the college or campus placement.

- College Campus is very very beautiful. If you ask to me then i will say that GBPIET have one of the best campus view . Lots of greenery, mountains and Himalayan ranges views.
- You have very free time as compared to other government and private engineering college.
Dislikes
- You can not expect very high placement from this college especially if you are from core like Electrical, mechanical , civil and biotechnology.
- Some faculties will support you but some of them are very strict.
Placement Experience:
In our college campus placemet is not that good as compare to top other government colleges but the environment is good here for competitive exams like GATE, BARC, CDS, UPSC , CAT etc. But this year Computer science, electronics and communciation, Mechanical branch got lots of placement here and off campus is another option .

- The campus: it is big and too much beautiful.. it's heaven for the ones who likes nature
- Auditorium: it's like a cherry on top to the College.. it makes college's infrastructure really good
Dislikes
- Too much monkeys are here in this college
- Some of the faculties don't know how to teach properly..
Placement Experience:
The highest placement of our college is 12 lakh per annum. Mostly the placements are around 4-10LPA. Many student focuses more on GATE exam rather than preparing for their placement exams. From 6th semester students become eligible for the campus placements. Companies which give placement here are BEL, LnT, TCS,IBM

- Less fees for a student to pay so easy and accessable for everyone
- Events are there for development for a student to develop
Dislikes
- Not much for a student to develop as a person and develop as personality
- Transportation is difficult for a student to reach home and college

- Hostel and mess fees is very affordable.

- There is a very large distance between girls hostel and departments.
- Water supply is not so regular in our college.

There are in campus placements in our college but Placements in our college varies from branch to branch. There are several companies that visits here every year. The average package here is 600000 per annum.
Likes
- The campus is beautiful and has great topography due to its elevation from land .
- The faculties are highly educated and experienced
Dislikes
- The average package is not good which is somewhat around 3-4 lpa
- The accessibility to other places is not good

The college offers placement as some pretty good companies come for placements but the no. of students selected are quite limited. The highest offer for session 2023 was 12 lpa . And there were many more students who got placement.
