Likes

Crowd is amazing and girl to boy Ratio is good
Good clubs and interaction with seniors and a lot of opportunities.
Good faculty and education quality with equipped labs and sports facilities

Dislikes

Strict with attendance from recent years and
Poor hostel for boys which if affordable and expensive one is too expensive
College management not good for fests as it is really dead

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good but a little hectic and no pushing towards other activities and not so relevant to present time , could be a little more smarter and up to date as it seems to be a little outdated and exam structure is good .

Placement Experience

Placements at campus are really good and people start getting placed in there third year itself, there are a lot of companies such as Amazon Microsoft google , tcs nvidia, jp morgan Mercedes etc highest placement fhis year has gone upto 60 lpa and almost everyone who wills to get place gets the job , i would like to grab the placement as well

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid onw lakh twenty thousand rupees and came in through kcet quota, my batchmates are paying around 2,70,000 for the same Crouse who came in through comedk and people from management pay 1 lakh extra overall including all the fee , there is one scholarship for under privileged people called sna qouto under which you pay only 45,000 per year apart from these there are several other scholarships for girls but very few for general boys .

Campus Life

The annual fest is pmnot good as the organisation is not good but the clubs are rrally active and good for a student to experience smtg intresting and technical fest is really good there are a lot of clubs and eveyone has its one benifits

Admission

I applied for bms institute of technology and rvce for the same course industrial engineering and management but i couldnt get in because of the cutoff but thankfully got into ramaiah and getting into ramaiah is actually tough you have to excel in the kcet exams and be Good as sell , you can also get in through management or comedk

Faculty

Faculties in the college are well qualified but some may be a little to annoying and it can be really hard to understand what they teach, depends on your grasping speed. The circulam is chill and people can pass ace by just 1 week of studying, backlog should be cleared soon.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

This was the college of my choice as it was comparatively closer to my home, and other alumni from this college had informed me about its merits.
