Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum seems to be a little outdated as we were following the VTU syllabus. But since 2024, our college has become an Autonomous College and since then, most of the outdated syllabuses were replaced with newer, required contents. And we have exams regularly, every month. This helps us alot in preparing for our final exams.
Internships Opportunities
Our college has a company called Zefender operating from college. It is a company that works on Automations basically on the bases of IOT. They have been offering multiple internship opportunities to students in my college. There are many more internship opportunities provided and suggested by our college other than Zefender.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee's per year was 3.5LPA and it did not increase. You can get scholarship from scoring well in 12th CET. There are multiple scholarships options available in our college. My batchmates pay 1,00,000 for free seat(CET Scholarship) and 2,50,000 for students who scored well in COMEDK exam.
Campus Life
Our college has vast area and hence has natural, beautiful, peaceful atmosphere when compared to any other college in our locality. The library is very big with most of the required books for students and teachers. Our college supports us in everything including sports, our cultural clubs and much more. Being in one of our club made me realize how tuff the outside world is and how much more i need to work on myself. Basically, our college clubs gave me a vast amount of exposure which helped me alot in my personality growth.
Admission
This was the only college I wanted to join after my boards because this college has everything a student requires to accomplish his/her dreams in the engineering background. Yes there were other colleges in and around but i would prefer RNSIT over all of them as RNSIT offered us with everything we required. Usually students who score great rankings in CET Examination get free seat in our college with a ranking cutoff starting from 2000 and above depending on the branches.
Faculty
The faculties are very supportive and help us in all the aspects, may it be academically or emotionally. They teach us in a fun way many college lecturers lack. College usually trains us for the final semester exam with 3 exams with an interval of 1 month inbetween. These marks are also evaluated and considered for our internal marks for final exams.
Night Life
Our college has a pretty big cafeteria with a very good food experience at a student friendly budget. Also, the atmosphere of our cafeteria too is very spacious and lively. I am a day scholar and hence don't have much experience or knowledge about hostels, but based on my friend's opinions, the facilities offered by our college when it comes to hostels are amazing including the dining experience from morning to night
