Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is very extensive with industry relevant course work as well as necessary topics being thought through examples as well as utilising research papers and articles available on various platforms. The library makes available all possible knowledge related papers books sites as well as a fictional books for us so that we can use them all in our course work.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internship opportunities are taken care by the place com of the college. Companies do come in for internships come company names are Siva intouch etc coming for good roles as well. The profiles range from content writing internships to research based internships giving students the opportunity to express the things that they are good at.

Placement Experience

5

The college makes available placement opportunities for students through the place com which works extensively to bring good companies on campus. Some companies like deloit Genpact EY ditto etc come to the campus to higher students. Profiles offered range from business development to other profiles related to relevant courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is very simple with yearly fees of around 20,000 to be submitted in the beginning of every odd semester 1,3 and 5. The fees covers most ground of necessity as well as scholarships are available for students in need.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is very good with different societies doing one thing or the other on the campus everyday. You can see people dancing in one corner and singing in the other while the ground is filled with people doing sports and the auditorium is filled with people attending another talk or seminar. Random improm to sessions of music and happens and student life continuous.

Admission

The process is very simple I was from the batch of 2021 The selection process only required relevant percentage and all the relevant background from the student. There was no extensive p i or GD for the college admission now the college uses the CUET scorse for admission.

Faculty

5

Faculty was one of the best in the industry. Utilising course material, reserach materials as well methods like group projects and individual projects for an overall evaluation helped us grow a lot. The faculty was approachable and nice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always had a keen interest in history, so I also wanted to pursue it in my graduation and I was able to do it. the curriculum covers vast amount of topics as we have 3 core papers per semester, which then increases to 4 in the 3rd year. there are papers covering indian history, European history and a particular country per semester- like,USA, china, japan, etc. an option for gender studies paper is also given in the 3rd year. i liked the course dynamic and therefore felt it would be interesting for me to study. for my future pursuits I feel the course covers a great deal of topics and helps me understand better as we also study a lot of historians and scholars apart from the just historical facts. But there are always improvements which I feel can be taken up, like including more practical and immersive teaching methods as just reading about history often make the course dull and uninteresting, though the professors keep providing us with valuable insights and material to study from. One has internals throughout the semester, which becomes even more hectic during the last month before the end sems as a lot of deadlines comes up, but if possible one should aim to do their internals as soon as one can and not delay as it helps prevent multiple deadlines before the exams. the difficulty levels vary from exams to exams in the internals; some assignments are more research-based based and professors expect you to do them on very academic level using research papers and official websites, unlike school, so it requires a good amount of reading and research.

Placements are not very good as the college has a separate placement cell, but somehow it is not as good as others Delhi University colleges. Very minimal companies offer some job and placement opportunites.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of BA English Honours program is well structured and quite comprehensive, making it suitable for students who wish to build a strong foundation in literature through distance learning. This makes progress relevant not just for academic growth but also for students preparing for competitive exams. Overall the curriculum scores high on core content and literary depth but would benefit from periodic updates and greater engagement through interactive components

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I am interested to know about are culture, history and etc. As per my opinion, desirable ratio is 1:10 and minimum is 1:15 deficiency in case of ratio higher than 1:15. The proposed assessment is based on variation in ratio from 1:10 to 1:20 with maximum to proportional marks respectively. I suggest focusing on what is important and that is student achievement. It doesn't really matter who it is done as long as the students learn the material. I would suggest setting up course learning objectives and then assess how well the students learned the material. Exam had unclear or ambiguous questions or instructions. Exam required knowledge and skills that students did not have sufficient opportunity to practice. Students blame the instructor for their poor performance.
